I bought some simple flat white laces for my Crown Northampton trainers and they are excellent quality. I wouldn't bother writing a review about shoelaces normally but these are excellent, old-school genuine quality laces. They also texted me to let me know I might have to anticipate a slight delay and offered me a refund if I preferred not to wait. I chose to wait and they arrived in good time. I found this extra communication to be excellent customer service that you don't find from many retailers. It's likely I'll buy all my laces here from now on.

Excellent customer service. There was a slight delay due to a supply issue (not Shoe Snob’s fault) and I received a polite and personalised text with an apology and an estimated delivery date.
