I don’t usually write reviews, but this time it truly deserved one. I’ve been purchasing from The Sale Lab for a long time, and this was the first time I ever had an issue with an order. The boots I received didn’t look brand new, and the laces were in poor condition.

I reached out to the team to share my feedback, and they got back to me almost immediately with a solution that was more than satisfactory. They helped me refresh the boots with some leather cream and new laces, making them look as good as new.

Their professionalism, responsiveness, and care reminded me why I’ve trusted them for so many years. The Sale Lab is a company you should never hesitate to buy from — truly a 10/10.

Great price. Love the Ugg slippers. I was very skeptical at first as the price was perfectly cheap, (I did buy during Black Friday) but everything arrived as it should and in good time! Great stuff.

My order arrived within 8 days. It was meant to be delivered on the 7th day after ordering but of course, DPD failed to complete the delivery round. Whats concerning is, initially they uploaded a photo of a completely different house/street to mine which to be frank, had me worried. The following day the order arrived, the outer packaging was completely ripped open (as can be seen on the photo they took when they handed it to me) and the box my shoes came in was bashed in. The good thing is, none of my items were stole but lets face it, they could have been. I am begging this company to LISTEN to customers, numerous customers are complaining about delivery issues - that tells you one thing - You need to switch back to Royal Mail. I paid £6.50 for delivery for a 2kg sized shoe box parcel, RM are actually cheaper and on time so unless the delivery company changes, Its unlikely I will purchase again.

The website is great and they have an excellent selection of products. However, shipping has been slower than advertised. Also, I returned an item from a recent order nearly two weeks ago and have yet to receive any confirmation of its arrival or a refund, despite sending multiple emails.

I also placed another order in which one item was missing, and it’s been difficult to resolve the issue since the company does not respond to emails and provides no contact number.

I’m hoping these issues can be resolved soon, as I’d love to continue purchasing from them.

So I was unsure about ordering from this site and I should have stuck with my gut. I ordered a white pair of slip on vans and they sent the wrong shoes I got black lace up vans instead. All they got right was the size. DPD even delivered it to the wrong address cause apartenly it's hard for people to read numbers now. Wish I didn't even bother, and now I have to wait and see if they can'tact me back from customer service to sort this out. Will contact my bank to get refund of they don't reply.

UPDATE: it is now 24th Dec and my refund has still not cleared which was processed on 11th December. I feel like I made need to report this company to someone to get this sorted. Ridiculous. Please do not buy from this company they are terrible.

Dont even try to deliver to your house in the 1 or 2 days advertised, just sraight to hub. Gave benefit of doubt first time. Not again..Disgraceful.

What a fantastic site!!! I have bought so much from them.. swimwear, outerwear, jeans, dresses all designer at a fraction of the original price. All arrived within 24-48 hours nicely packaged and folded. I had one return to make which was simple and refunded very quickly. Brilliant service

An amazing company, with phenomenal products. There is nowhere else you can get Balenciaga Speed for these prices, Sale Lab is gold. Just placed another order for products with again, unbelievable prices. Customer service is amazing too - refund super fast if needed. Highly recommend.

Trainers Delivered promptly and in good condition. However, the trainers I ordered should have been a size 6.5, but the ones delivered are a size 8, sadly way too big for me. Fortunately my daughter is a size 8, so I will keep them and gift them to her, to save the inconvenience of having to send them back.
A shame that I have to re-order new trainers needed for work, but perhaps from somewhere where the sizing information can be trusted! 🙁
