Rare to find a bargain on here. Mostly 3rd division brands in unusual sizes and it’s getting worse! Usually brands that nobody wants are on sale or still cripplingly expensive brands like Lanvin or Barena No deals on here - save your money and shop on Vinted or End.

I am absolutely delighted with all purchases in terms of quality price customer service and speed of delivery (always 2 day tracked delivery). Only ever returned one item which didn’t fit and handled quickly and efficiently. Obviously one of the most trustworthy companies to buy from by mail order. I’ll see you again!!!

I ordered a pair of Maison Margiela Sneakers from Sale Lab but just to be sure they were authentic I sold them to myself on eBay to have them authenticated in the 30 day return window that they give. Turns out the shoes are authentic so very happy with that. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the shoes weren’t shipped in a shipping box and the shoe box got damaged in one of the corners.

Good price and fast shipping so I’m happy with my purchase! Great job!

My experience with SALE/LAB is indeed an excellent one, item ordered came quickly. The quality of the product is excellent too, so was the packaging of the product. My bag is sturdy and of extremely high quality. The speed in which it came was impressive.

Bought a Gucci watch but Sale Lab were quick to point out the item was not going to be available pre Xmas. They couldn't be more apologetic and gave me a £25 voucher as compensation despite the fact I didn't eventually buy anything. Refund was quick too 3/4 days. Comms were excellent. Recommended.
