Great service from Tori, Yazmynn and Temeka. Trialled a saddle, unfortunately didn’t fit. Unfortunately DPD completely messed up the collection to return the saddle but since I live nearby I dropped it off in person instead. Saddle Bank team were great about it. Great communication and kept me informed throughout with timely responses. Very impressed, many thanks.

The guys at the saddle back were super helpful. I’m based outside the UK and they explained the non-standard process to me clearly so I knew exactly what was required. Payment was also made promptly upon receipt of my saddle.

The saddle was collected from me as arranged and although it took several months to sell, I received the amount I had been quoted without any delay.
