This is not a great website
I have ordered my stuff 3 weeks ago and they say it will be 5 days !
Still nothing, no way to find out where the box is
Someone replied but very slowly and couldnt help more than that
Big disappointement
Really do not recommend this company
Guess i am in for a fight to get my money back

For the furst time someone replied very fast this morning to tell me that they didnt even processed and dispatched my order after 3 weeks !

Ich habe hufschuhe für 80€ gekauft! Nach dem ersten mal nutzen kamen direkt ordentliche Gebrauchsspuren die sohne hatte Löcher etc . Jetzt nach dem 4 mal nutzen ist es komplett aufgerissen die Sohle und der Rest waren getrennt. Kundenservice wurde geschrieben bzgl Mängel denn dies darf nach so kurzer Zeit nicht passieren. Kundenservice macht nichts es wäre nur unsere Schuld man bekommt keinen Cent zurück

Wir haben bei Drillshed einen Reithelm bestellt und sind mit dem gesamten Ablauf wirklich sehr zufrieden.

Bereits die Bestellung war einfach und unkompliziert, die Abwicklung schnell und der Helm kam einwandfrei bei uns an. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass er für unsere Tochter etwas zu klein war und deshalb zurückgeschickt werden musste. Aber auch hier hat sich gezeigt, wie gut ein Onlineshop funktionieren kann: Die Rückgabe war schnell, unkompliziert und problemlos.

Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir den sehr guten und freundlichen Service. Vom Kauf bis zur Rückabwicklung hatten wir einen durchweg positiven Eindruck. Dazu kommen faire Preise und eine gute Qualität, sodass das Gesamtpaket für uns absolut stimmt.

Einen kleinen Punkt sollte man vor der Bestellung wissen: Die Kosten für eine versicherte Rücksendung trägt der Kunde selbst. Das ist allerdings bereits im Vorfeld ersichtlich und somit transparent. Für uns ist das deshalb kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt, sondern lediglich etwas, das man bei einer Bestellung berücksichtigen sollte.

Insgesamt können wir Drillshed uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Gute Preise, gute Qualität, schnelle Abwicklung und vor allem ein Service, bei dem auch eine Rückgabe völlig stressfrei funktioniert.

Never even completed an order - just put the items in a basket. I am now being bombarded with 5 e-mails within 3 days wanting my business. I've ordered from elsewhere. I do not appreciate being sent so many emails and without me consenting.

Still waiting for an item returned at the start of December 2025 to be refunded. This was acknowledged as arrived by Drillshed around a week after the courier confirmed delivery with them. The refund was partial - returns system was down so I sent orders for 2 items together with all the order details. Had to keep chasing which led to Drillshed asking me to itemise over and over what had been returned to them, which they had already authorised. A refund was confirmed to be sent 15.12.25 and it is still not in my account. At this stage it is hard to believe the money has been sent and feels dishonest. If I wasn't keeping track of this I think they would keep the money

Great company, great prices compared to other websites. My parcel was running over a week late, so I contacted them and it was presumed lost so the sent a replacement straight out with no problems. Received within two days. Great company to experience.

My helmet came in a fairly rapid manner, considering the customs issues of getting imported stuff into the US. I love my new helmet and will enjoy wearing it fox hunting I hope in not too distant future. Thank you so much.

Fantastic customer service. Prices were different on google to the prices shown on their website due to a promotion they had had. When emailed, Mathew was incredibly helpful and honoured the cheaper prices shown. Very quick with responses, delivery and issuing a refund for the difference in cost. Would highly recommend and will be purchasing again from them in the future.

Ordered from this company after trying another that never even sent the item and now chasing a refund. Delighted to say my experience with Drillshed was the complete opposite. Ordered at a discounted price, it was dispatched within 2 hours and arrived via free Express delivery. Super item and brilliant service. Got me out of a tight spot after the other company let me down.

Ordered from this company. Despatch very efficient and speedy but the positives end there. Items stuck with Evri and now presumably lost but trying to get a response from the drill shed has been almost impossible despite many emails and a telephone call. The standard response is that it is contacting Evri and will get back to me shortly but it never does. Given previous reviews, VERY disappointing. Asked for a refund but no reply.

Terrible service. Ordered a coat for a competition for my daughter from this website. It took nearly three weeks to arrive. I had to order another coat in the meantime. I complained online, that I did not want to pay for the return of this coat, but they did not respond within the 48hrs that they promised so thinking they were not going to respond I just posted it back to the online address which was in the Netherlands but I still have not got back my refund and it’s over two weeks since I posted it. So now I’m out of pocket for the coat and the postage of the coat and no response from them. Ridiculous behaviour and a ridiculous site. Very badly managed.

In response to your reply, yes I did use the online portal and it just gave me an address to post to in the Netherlands.
I am also impressed with your very quick response to my public complaint when it took ye 4 days to respond to my complaint on your website.
