The offer was a Buy One Get One Free CLEARANCE SALE detailed on the RTS collection page as only available for Ready-to-Ship lightsabers in our US domestic warehouse, as part of a Clearance Sale.
Promo codes are generic and cannot target one of our shipping locations, so these sales conditions were made explicit in the event someone would apply the code to our made-on-order items.
Additional guidance is provided to help you make sure you order from the US warehouse rather than from factory. Namely the product availability info on the saber page and your checkout shipping method being either US Domestic or International Shipping.
Because your order contained a made-on-order saber with international shipping, it didn't fit in our US Clearance Sale and we had to cancel it.
I reached out to you via email to immediately explain. Even if it was perfectly unintentional on your part which I understand, please understand that we still can't allow to part ways with our product at 50% off unless it was the inventory we were trying to clear out the warehouse, justifying our Buy One Get One Free offer and its limited conditions.

Love the feel of hilts in hand
Love the feel of the products and the features through the app. Communications was great on they order and status. Two things that caused loss of a star; recommend 3 hex screws, minimum, to hold the blade in hilt and, it would be nice if the charge port would use a USB C.

Handle issues like a champ
Only saber company I will ever use! Was accidentally sent two mirrors from a different section of the warehouse instead of my two lightsabers. After an investigation on his end (took less than a day!) the lightsabers were issued to me and I was sent a return label for the mirrors. They arrived after some time (the California fires caused the delay not there fault) and work perfectly, will definitely be buying more in the future!

I guess there are different types of saber hilts because my connector doesn’t even fit the threaded portion of the hilts on either of my sabers. Kinda confused and dissatisfied.

Hi Xavier. I’m surprised you would leave such a tough rating that really damages my reputation. I have not had the opportunity to talk with you on our support chat so I don’t know which sabers you were hoping to use with the coupler you bought. I would have been able to tell you if that’s compatible or not beforehand.
The coupler is named and described as being a VHC accessory compatible with VHC sabers using the same threading size.
I always make sure to provide detailed descriptions stating that only compatible sabers can work with them. Because I do not see any other order from you with us I strongly suppose your saber was not a Nexus Saber with VHC threads.
I’m sorry you ordered the wrong part but I have made my best effort to properly inform compatibility and hope you find the kindness to change your review.

My fiance loved it as his Christmas gift. I'm so happy about the purchase wish each lightsaber or lightsaber set came with its own collector's lockbox. We live in separate households but due to one case I have to leave mines with his.

Perfect client service

They were very easy to work with
They were very easy to work with, they just took forever to ship because someone lost my package. I think that my experience was probably a fluke, so I would highly recommend them. I wish that I could do a 4.5 stars, but this is the closest.

Feel the Force
I bought a Luke Styled saber so it must just be in stock so shipping was fast. Metal handle is heavy but fantastic looking.
As expected from the site this isnt the best dualing saber but its good enough for fake fights with kiddo.
the app is a bit wonky and the blutooth connection is pretty spotty.
Everything else is great.
