Scam! I placed an order a month ago, there was no communication about the whereabouts of the order for over a week until I reached out to them to check. I received a reply that I should deal with DPD myself and check where is my order. Thankfully DPD website clearly states that the seller should be in touch in case of delivery issues. So I write to Retreat again, where they said they are trying to figure out where is my parcel, but they won't give me a refund as 'the parcel might still be delivered '. It is been over a month and there is no communication from them at all! I requested my credit card company to refund me, as I never received an order , but Retreat declined that claim. Do not buy anything from them

The website and listings looks good, and the process of listing was quite smooth. The directory also comes up reasonably high for some google searches that I would hope to find our retreat from.

Some things are frustrating about how the results of some search of the directory are handled - for instance, our listing does NOT appear in the results for some key searches that potential customers would use - such as a general search for 'Tuscany', where we are located - this search only returns a small number of dated retreat events (one of which is not even in Tuscany!), and not ours or other retreats that have a general (and pricier) undated listing. This is frustrating since the dated event listings shown are a lot cheaper to purchase than the general listings that are not shown on this general search (despite the search results saying that Retreats as well as Events are shown!).

There are, then, a couple of glitches (that have been pointed out in some detail to the directory) that could probably be quite easy to resolve by some coding if there were the will to look at them. If there were the option for a 3.5 rating then that is what I would have given - but I give it a 4 since overall is is a nice-looking directory that for most searches gives logical results. They would get 5 if they sorted out the glitches!
