Never received my order and no responding to my email. Fraud!

ordered on 10th July - never received

Placed an order from Facebook order has never arrived have sent email after email with no response I BELIEVE THOS COMPANY MAYBE A HUGE SCAM AVOID AT ALL COST

Honestly avoid. Emailed 3 times and connected on social media. Absolutely awful. Still waiting on the order.

It's breeding flies! Smells awful and maggots are crawling out of it. No response from customer support. No 14 day return guarantee.

These fly traps are 100% ineffective. I have had them up for one month and caught less than 10 flies. When I purchased them the company build me three times. They build me once for the two traps I bought. Then they build me for 10 more then they build me for 17 more. They sent me one box with a bunch of worthless traps no invoice. No way to send these things back and will not respond to my emails or phone calls. The company is a rip off. I'm going to contact my credit card company

The traps are well made and sturdy with the ability to close the top. However they didn't catch many flies in comparison to the cheapo traps I bought off of Amazon. Not worth the price for sure!

Nothing worked. Received three. Tried one and NO insects were attracted to it after 3 days so figured, maybe a bad one so tried another and still not the power of ones I buy locally. Still lots of flies and bugs so they lie, their marketing is false and their customer service non-existent when I tried to reach out to them for help or returns.

I placed an order on 4/3/26 (order 207745) for their premium Fly Traps. I spent $94.67. The order was charged to my credit card, and shipped. On 4/7/26 it arrived in Nashville, TN (which is my regional distribution center for my address.) For some reason, it was sent to Omaha, NE and has been sitting in Omaha NE since 4/9/26.

I have repeatedly tried to contact the company via their "support-at-theranchpestcontrol.com" (since they do not have a customer service phone number on their site) and have not received any reply. I have also initiated a "Missing Mail" request with USPS.

As of this date, I have not heard anything from The Ranch Pest Control except promotional/junk emails. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company requesting my money back. I do not recommend ordering from these people as their customer service is "poor" and "non-existent." I

I placed an order with The Ranch Pest Control (Order #179935), and while it was shipped quickly, it’s been stuck in the U.S. for weeks with no movement, according to the DHL tracking. I’ve contacted their support team multiple times over the past couple of weeks, and although they initially responded and said they'd look into it or offer a refund/reshipment, I’ve now been left in the dark.

My last few emails have gone unanswered, and I still have neither my order nor a refund. It's frustrating to have to chase down a basic resolution for something that clearly isn’t the customer’s fault. I just want this resolved.

As of now, I can’t recommend this store based on how they’ve handled the situation.
