Luca was very polite and courteous throughout the set up process, and clearly explained important information regarding different policy types, which assisted in deciding which policy was right for us.

My only regret is not having contacted Bradley before which would have saved me thousands over the many years I was dealing direct with my Healthcare provider.

I have just had a very informative conversation with broker Luca Palacio who listened to all my needs and concerns and found me an alternative Private Health Plan with Aviva, in comparison to my previous provider WPA the cost is about 45% less with the same cover. I would recommend the Private Health People to everybody
