I thought I knew all there was to know, but no! I learned about exclusions in my current policy, so I was very happy to accept Luca's recommendation for a better provider but at the same price. He set out all the detail. There was no hard sell. I was given plenty time to assess it over some days before signing up.

I had enquired several months ago as was leaving a work scheme, but was unsure of what my plan was, and received a call towards the end of last week from Luca Palacio reminding me of my conversation from November.
