Ordered some of the preserved beech foliage...it arrived very promptly and was extremely well packaged. It is a large bunch, making it good value, and looks great. Very pleased with my purchase. Will definitely order again .

Beautiful and individual pieces for the home
The prettiest little watercolour is absolutely perfect and beautiful stems of ochre preserved beech are a good size and make an impressive display with just one bunch. Prompt delivery and very well packed too.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Ordered a “paddle” chopping board for a birthday present and messaged on Instagram to ask if likely to arrive on time (was last minute) and responded quickly and even upgraded the postage free. Arrived on time and saved my bacon. Lovely piece too! Packaging is lovely. Thank you. Ben

I have not yet received my order for the Christmas tree garland. I’m hoping it is just the postal strikes that have delayed it but you emailed to say it was in its way over a week ago? Help!! 🫤

Hi Sue,
Apologies that you haven’t received your order yet, unfortunately the Royal Mail strikes are causing delays. The order was packed up on Wednesday when the pre order stock arrived, but wasn't dropped at the Post Office until Saturday due to the strikes on Thursday and Friday last week.
It possibly wasn't processed until the Monday and there were unfortunately strikes again on Wed and Thurs this week, I imagine everything is taking slightly longer due to this backlog. Coupled with the fact that it’s been Black Friday/cyber weekend which will have increased postal volumes even more, unfortunately this is out of our hands.
Has the item still not arrived by Monday, we will refund you for the item and raise with Royal Mail, apologies again.
Could we also very gently ask that should you have any future queries, that you contact us via the website or social media in the first instance and give us a chance to respond and rectify before leaving us 1 star reviews. It’s a shame for us to be left a poor review for something which is out of hands and of which we’ve had no awareness of.

Lovely website and company
I recently bought a vintage jug and a door wreath from The Primitive Home. I'm very happy with both purchases - they look great. The transaction was easy and I received my order just a few days later. It was well packed in recyclable and biodegradable packaging and included a lovely personal note. I would happily buy from this company again.

Beautiful products and service
I purchased a small rustic wooden stool and it’s just beautiful. It arrived faster then I expected, and was wrapped beautifully. The hand written not was such a lovely touch. Great service and great products, I would definitely purchase more items and I definitely recommend. Thank you :)
