The program was well layed out, videos to help me perform movements accurately, and even built in timers and counters. I could do it at home, and on my own time table. Love it
I've been waiting to write this review as I haven't started to reintegrate problematic lifts/mvmts (i.e. pushups) yet, but I still have a lot to say about the program. I am a physical therapy student at Northeastern University (2nd year DPT) and have been limited in lifting since a few episodes of shoulder pain in my later high school years. I've been frustrated by this for years and decided to give this program a go after loving some of the content you guys put out on Instagram.
I really enjoyed the program, both from a PT student's standpoint (thinking about the "why" behind specific exercises and progressions) and as a patient. It took me closer to 6 months to complete (I completed all of the workouts in order, but would take more days off in-between workouts if I felt I needed rest). There were definitely certain exercises and certain weeks that I liked more than others, but that is to be expected. The mobile app made tracking workouts really easy, and I appreciated that exercise instructions were both in video and written format.
My shoulders are feeling great and I think my serratus anterior and mid/low trap strength improved a lot. I'm looking forward to reintegrating problematic movements and continuing to use some of these exercises for myself and my future patients!

This program was super helpful. As a women runner in her 50's I'm always working with hip/glut tightness and minor imbalances so I love the single leg exercises and the way the program is laid out. The focus on mobility, strength and stretch is really well balanced. Thx, so much!

I am 6'7 and have done bodybuilding…
I am 6'7 and have done bodybuilding type workouts for over 12 years. I have a genetic predisposition for FAI in both hips. I had already been to physical therapists in person but I live in a small town and do not have insurance so there were not many options. Doing stability exercises, foam rolling, and stretching greatly reduce my symptoms and continue to make progress with my normal workouts. There are SO many exercises in these programs to pick from. It is definitely worth the money for me

The Prehab guys are for sure one of the best fitness/sport Instagram pages I have ever followed, they are putting a lot of good science based advices, exercises and prehab tehniques, and all of that totally free...that's really amazing and rare to be seen. The guys are fanstastic and are fast in answering on people's questions, they really have answers on different types of problems. Absolutely have just positive words for them.

Highly Recommend
I started off strong with my Hip Prehab program and it worked wonders. My right hip was in constant pain, popping in several different areas, sharp pains, and I really could not pinpoint the exact point of contention. With this all encompassing program my hip no longer pops and i do not feel any pain. I have to admit that over the holidays i neglected my exercises and in just that short 2/3 week period I could feel the pain starting to come back. I have since been back at it and again the pain is subsiding. I would highly recommend this to anyone experiencing any pain or discomfort in their hips.

Helped my hips
I was Dealt a heavy dose of reactive arthritis after unsuccessfully conquering some strep throat (thanks doc) about 2 years ago. It did a number on my hips and the rehab program prescribed to me wasn’t cutting it. As a result I had bilateral joint issues from head to toe. I Started following The Prehab Guys on Instagram and practiced the many exercises they provided. After a lot of work Ive seen great mobility and strength improvement and feel great. I recommend these guys to everyone and I owe these guys a lot.

These guys take PT to another level being able to explain & demonstrate the exercises so clearly catering to both the layman & to a PT. Being a graduating physio student from the philippines and an aspiring sports physio myself, I’m able to use everything they post in the clinics on a daily basis (And yes I do check their page every day for new content) - from the simplest ROM/Mobility exercises for my patients with the common MSK probs to the more complicated, dynamic exercises for the pro athletes that I handle. Best part is they practice evidence based rehab citing studies with links under their videos! (which I know is a very delicate topic in the physio world nowadays) Ive learned so much within a short period of time and I’m sure you will too. Prevention is and always will be better than a cure - PREHAB is the way!!

In the era of social media, lots of untrusted media is being publish to the public. Also, most are not as detailed as per patient need. IMO, The Prehab Guys is the single best and cut them all. Their simplicity and clarity is so good that I can even recommend them to my non english patients.

I’m a busy mom with degenerative discs and slight scoliosis and I suffer from deep shoulder pain that really effects my everyday life. Through Prehab Guys I’ve been able to relieve a lot of pain and strengthen my back. Their instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend them.

The best help I’ve seen out there for fitness related questions. I love the idea of “pre”hab guy because they are on the prevention side but they also feature exercises to recover from injuries. A wealth of health and fitness information in an easy to follow format. When I see others with aches and pains I refer them to the prehabguys. Thanks for all your help
