Absolutely awful company. Tried to charge 39%+ on interest. Check Fair Trade Practice for PPI, interest charges were capped after July 2018 so they cannot charge you above 20%. Use another company with lower interest rates.

Ended up paying half my £300 award to them once they added tax on, did partly by direct debit, it left £1.50 outstanding and although they sent me occasional money off enticements to pay on certain days (when I could not afford it) they are now sending me constant texts and phoning regularly threatening me with late payment charges and debt collection agencies for this paltry amount, yet when I call them I just end up on hold and then cut off, have found the whole experience very upsetting and worried my £1.50 debt will end up stupidly astronomical now, and I am already struggling to manage financially

Shocking. Bad bad bad.
Spam calls. Say that they see that I may have a PPI claim pending and as soon as you politely say i've already looked into this they just hang up.
Very rude.
And I gave no permission for them to call me. Their number goes to a recorded message and the website is 'unavailable' -what a surprise.
Avoid like the plague.
I'm sick of these dodgy ambulance chasers.
And notice that the 'positive' reviews are all on the same days - so they're into fake reviews too.
Just awful from top to bottom.
Don't these people want to do a decent job? Who would want to work for a company like this?

Dreadful menacing messages extremely scary company do not use

Trying to claim £311 from me even though they have not re-claimed any money for me. Harassing me with calls and texts and threatening me with baliff action. I have complained to the financial conduct authority about them

Very Poor service, I ended up doing the negotiations with the bank myself after the shoddy work of the ppi team. Of course, they still took their fee of over 50% of my award after tax was deducted.

Rude rude rude. I recieved a phone call initially from a lady who was very helpful to send some forms out. I kindly agreed to have forms sent to me. However, I was silly enough not to ask how much interest they charge nor was I told. After asking on a follow up call I was told they charge 39% for a successful claim.

I mulled it over and decided not to go ahead. When I informed them I wished not to go ahead after another follow up call they just hung up on me. Companies like this just shouldn't exist and will be reporting them to trading standards.

The PPI Team helped me claim back over 6k - quick easy service, hassle free - would highly recommend to friends and family!

Avoid like the plague... After they recovered the monies from any PPI the cheque then got sent to the wrong address and they left me to clear up the mess. They constantly phoned me asking for their extortionate fee and even threatened the bailiffs, as I was still trying to sort out their mess with the Banks.
Do not use their customer services are appalling!

Absolutely avoid this shower, charging 39% + VAT (illegal I'm told) wanted to charge me this I foolishly paid then a very rude bird rings up and says I had underpaid by £3.43 I told her to go whistle for it only to be told they would pursue it legally. Now my wife being a worries told me to ring up and pay it hump good luck with that now get incessant automated texts for payment good luck with that as well.. proper bunch of fraudsters.....

This company insist on charging 39% even though after the 10th of july 2018 the law society capped it at 20% numerous calls to them are unanswered when they ring you they hang up customer services are very bad threats of bailiffs knocking on your door DONT use this company if you have signed anything cancel within 14 days but even then they will pursue there fees

I am writing this on behalf on my partner, who they scammed into agreeing on them to take on her ppi claim. They charged 39% + VAT on any settlements won, and this is unlawful as the Financial guidance and claims Act states a ppi company can only charge a maximum 20% (exclusive of Vat). We paid the fee, due to incessant threats to send bailiffs over and sent an email contesting the fee they charged my partner the very same day. Thats when communication with this company went stone cold, because they have failed to response to any of my emails over a 2 week period, despite getting an automative response, saying they aim to response within 3 working days. If this continues, i will be taking further advise from the legal ombudsman about this matter.

Rude Staff!
The man on the phone was very rude to me when I said I didn't want to go ahead with the PPI. He then just put the phone down on me even though he was really nice when he thought I was going to go ahead with what he was telling me. Will definitely not be using this company! No customer service skills what so ever!

Do not pay more than 20%! as this is the maximum that any ppi company can legally charge.Do not fall for the bailiff threat! They would need to have taken you through the court process before bailiffs can be appointed. They are liars and scammers - website has been down for weeks too. No mention of fees until they present an invoice, they are not allowed to do this! Telephone calls do not legally form a contract in financial matters - as they tried to tell me. I never signed any contract and I'm paying them nothing - let them take me to court.
