A clasp should not start loosening after a few days, and it definitely should not get progressively worse after only six days of ownership. If it's unlatching on its own and becoming looser every day, that points to either:

A defective unit
Or a tolerance issue with that production batch

Second, on support:

You contacted us, waited several days, provided the requested video, and then waited again. That's frustrating, especially when the problem is actively getting worse. Once a customer takes the time to record evidence, they shouldn't feel like they're starting over from scratch.

If the magnet is so weak that it can't reliably attach to your accessories or mounting setup, then the product failed its purpose for you.

That said, we'd like to understand a bit more before jumping to conclusions. We sell thousands of magnetic cases and while magnet strength is subjective, we don't commonly receive reports that they "cannot connect to anything at all."

A few things can affect performance:

The specific phone model
The accessory being used (charger, mount, wallet, stand, etc.)
Alignment between the accessory and magnetic ring

However, if your experience is genuinely that the magnet is unusable, then that's not acceptable regardless of the reason.
