I received my case within the time mentioned. It looks good, I'm able to charge wirelessly and it has been an all around good experience. I will order from the pixel store again if needed.

The pixel case is a real case for my Pixel. This is the second case I have purchased. The first one protected my Pixel undamaged for two years until I traded it in for a new pixel. I expect the same protection for my new Pixel with this new case. It did take a while to get the case from China. The recommended screen protector I purchased with the pixel case is useless. What do I need it for? What do I use it for? What do I do with it?

I waited for over 2 weeks for delivery but I was willing to wait because I need this watch band. Today they reported that they delivered it. I played this game before with delivery services; I have a camera that records anyone who approaches my door. We were both home. The tracking shows Brooklyn New York , then my door and no more .

It took awhile to get the case delivered to the US. That being said, the case fit my Pixel 10 tightly. The kickstand works in both landscape and portrait orientations. It's also very attractive. I'm really happy with this case.

Hard to be real objective. I love the case. Unfortunately when I switched wireless carriers there was something wrong with my Pixel 10 Pro that could not be fixed I had to buy a Samsung.

The pixel store needs to disclose that their stuff ships out of China. The delivery time was just ridiculous and I needed a phone case closer to the time that I received my new phone. I just ordered a different one from Amazon and it came in 24 hours.
As for the case itself, it's not a very pretty pink, but it does fit the phone and I may use it if something happens to the one that I currently ordered.

The Privacy Screen, Only Really Works @60 Degrees. Plus The Camera Screen Protector Was Fragile & After I Cleaned It Prior To Application, Was Still Quite Dirty.

Loved your ad. The materials are high quality. The locking mechanism I saw has had some complaints but you must have fixed it because mine has a solid click and requires a considerable amount of pressure. The lead time on shipment was a bit of a let down. Why don't you have stock in the US? You can pacify a lot of the complaints if you shorten the lead time.

Terrible product. No instructions. Poor fit over phone edges. Fit and finish is very poor quality. Broke within 2 minutes of placing it on phone. Camera area rolling was so off that the adhesive wouldn't contact the surface it was meant to attach to.

I have tried many cases for my pixel fold, most don't last five minutes often falling apart or not fitting correctly and in one case actually damaging the phone.
This new case is excellent, it fits perfectly, stays in place and feels of good quality.
I have only had it a week but I am very happy with it and feel it actually enhances the phone. My only niggle is that the case is so smooth and shiny it often slips out of my pocket particularly when sitting in the car but other than that I'm very happy with the quality and operation of the case.
It also arrived on time as ordered

The case for the pixel fold is on good quality and useful. Just the stand is not working at all.

I wish it had a clear slot for my driver license. I feel like this is a case built for us pixel users.

I ordered a case for pixel 10 pro fold and only received the back side (bottom) of the case. The top (front) was not included. I sent an email to the company asking if they could send me the missing part of the case, but got no response.

Bought 2 different cases for my Pixel 10 Pro. Both broke with light usage within 1 month of purchase. Products are cheap and a waste of money, even if they look good.

Where do I start... I guess right here. Do NOT under any circumstance purchase from here.
Shipping: it quotes 7-12 days, it took just over 4 weeks. This website drop ships from China, and there is no actual tracking available beyond "it left the country" and "it cleared customs"
Product: actual garbage. $2 ali express cases sold with a 10x markup. I ordered a pixel 10 case, the case I received has "pixel 9" carved into it (it worked with some minor modification)
Customer Service: non-existant. They have a number on their website which connects to a different number in London (hope you have intl calling) which then does not connect to anyone. This is the only number. I submitted 2 messages through their online portal, and 2 emails to their "support email" none of which were responded to.

Overall do NOT buy from here under any circumstance. You can go buy an identical case from ali express for $3 and wait 4 weeks, or from Amazon for $30 and have it tomorrow.

The case spilt and broke after 2 months of use. Did protect the phone but expected it to be a little more durable

Case is nice, fits well. The protective glass is bad. There is no way to get the finger print reader to work, even after using all of the suggestions.
