Ordered a magsafe case, after a couple of months it started falling apart, and after a year it had disintegrated enough to completely fall off my phone.
Ordered a new one when it fell apart (hard to find magnetic ring cases) but waited a month for it to be delivered.

I love the soft green color and light weight. It fits well and all controls, plugs and speakers are aligned. Charging pad works well. The stand is a bit flimsy and will topple over too easily in the vertical position. All in all, I'm happy with it!

Items took forever to get to me, had no idea they came directly from mainland China (wouldn't have purchased if knew that); metal part of strap digs into my wrist, very uncomfortable, probably won't use at all

Good morning, my name is Alessandro and I recently purchased a Thepixel Case cover for my Google Pixel 10 Pro. As soon as I opened the packaging, I was completely and sadly disappointed because I was expecting a premium product! The cover comes in an anonymous cardboard box that is ugly to look at. Inside, there is the cover inside a transparent plastic bag that looks like a crisp bag with a business card. There is no description of the materials and protective solutions adopted by the company to protect the smartphone. The edge of the internal part that should protect the camera from finger contact is sharp, while the external part does not conform to the description illustrated in the photos on the site because it shows that it completely covers the camera, while the one that arrived to me does not!!! because it is practically completely open, even the internal edges of the cover itself are not well finished and not insulated with the risk of scratching the frame of the smartphone during insertion, finally the back part that can be detached, after its reinsertion becomes difficult because the system that was designed is ineffective and difficult, I'm sorry but I am completely disappointed, since I bought my Google Pixel 10 Pro I have bought about 10 cases from well-known brands such as Mous, Otterbox, Spigen, Ringke etc.... and they are all compliant with the description and of excellent quality, but your cover has disappointed me incredibly, I will never buy a Thepixel Case cover again, I wasted my money...... and I will not recommend it to anyone. I bought 2 pixel cases, and they were SHIPPED from China, not the US! The cases themselves are very slippery, so I ended up buying 2 cases from the Google store.

Well-made case and easy to use. It looks and feels high-quality, and the MagSafe ring spinner is solid and consistently adjusts well with a nice clicky sound. No issues with stand angle or charging, and it allows easy rotation on a phone charger (especially in the car). There's two downsides, though one may just be my usage. The case can get slippery, but improves with cleaning. The real issue I'm having is the camera guard tends to cause photos to show lights as blurry, especially at night. I've tried cleaning it various ways and still run into the issue too much, so I need to just figure out how to remove it. They have other cases with or without the guard (and some have a checkbox to add or remove it before shipping), so I may get a better one. I just wish this model had been tested more.

Fantastic product, pricing was a little higher perhaps would had made sense if it had a screen protector included.
Design is good, very well aligned with the phone, easy to couple.
Delivery was very nerving as it came not from the US, but from China. It should clear that product will be shipped from China, to alleviate the waiting nervousness.

the case fits will and is not bulky at all. my only complaint is its very "slickery" more than a handful of times I dropped or almost dropped it pulling out of my pocket. and 2nd the spinning ring is too loose, its almost a fidgit spinner. while in a magsafe mount it would tip one way or another while watching the screen.

I was excited to get this case, but the buying experience was a nightmare. Even though I entered my current address at checkout, their system forced the order to an outdated address. My package was routed to an unknown location, and customer support has provided zero communication to help resolve it. Save yourself the headache, the poor ratings for this store are well deserved.

The case arrived ok but the bag it was in was soaking wet . The case itself is well made but the catch on the top fell apart after two uses

I got the keyboard mouse with stand combo and I am pleased. The stand works great and is very adjustable, the keyboard and mouse connected quickly and easily. It looks nice and works well so far.

It did come from mainland China and so it did take about 10 days but I wasn't told it would be faster and I didn't need it at any particular time.
From my experience the other reviews seem too harsh.

Shipped from China. Took 3 weeks to arrive. The wrong case was sent. Ordered a Pixel 9 pro fold and they sent a Pixel 9 pro. Now trying to get the right case sent. Guessing that might take a year. Bad form people! Now I'm told I ordered the wrong case. Not sure that is true but if that's true and I'm allowed a return, I will update my review to a positive experience. New update, this Chinese company is a joke. Pretending to be an American company with no warrantees and no real service. Steer clear of them!

As a Pixel user from day 1 it seems as if we were second tier user. Thanks to thepixelcase I have enjoyed accessories for my Pixel the last few years. These products range from cases to charging station, definitely makes the device more premium. Thanks for your outstanding work.

The case is fine but the wireless charging dock has been terrible. It changes the phone and headphones occasionally and when it does charge the phone and the case are hot when I take it of the stand. I'm worried about starting an electrical fire or killing the phone battery.

I'm quite pleased with my Pixelcase. Delivery from China (not sure but it felt like it came from China) was a bit slow, but the tracking system kept me pretty well informed and it arrived on the day predicted toward the end.
Functionally, though, it fits my phone perfectly and is quite beautiful in its simple design. I haven't needed to use the wallet part but it attaches with a very strong magnet. Other than that, the case by itself does not overly weight my phone down, but feels nice to the touch when I carry it in my hand
