Wrong parts delivered. I paid for fast delivery. It took weeks to arrive. I expect to be reimbursed for the inconvenience. This is going to be posted on line.
This hole experience was disaster

Shipping tracking Was A Joke!
I RECIVED tracking info shortly after purchase , RECIVED updates every few days
items were delivered !
RECIVED update that it was delayed in customs . next day RECIVED a update for delivery week later RECIVED a item delivered . ALL VERY CONFUSING 😡

Box arrived with screen protectors and without a case. Tried to contact the company through website, and have received no answer

Ordered a case for my phone, they sent me the wrong case then would not process a refund or trade and said it was my fault.

I really like the look of the case. I've had a plastic case previously and that protected the back of the phone but my screensaver is covered in scratches so I thought this might be better. It doesn't have a front screen, which is a shame, because it would have made it much better. Sadly I dropped the phone in the case and although the case is fine, the lack of any kind of damping meant that the case split apart and the top of the phone (above the camera bar) was shattered. It still works, but is disappointing. Also the back glass slips around in the frame.

You can improve by stopping sending inferior cases. The case I purchased looked good at first. Then I found out the magnet was weak and could not stay on my phone holder. Also the quality is questionable. I threw mine away.

I bought the Matte screen protector and they absolutely suck! The installation piece does not line up good with the screen and the actual protector does not stick good at all. Very poor quality for the price they charge. I will not be buying anything again. Poor poor poor garbage products! 👎🏼

I initially liked it, I thought it was a cool design. First time I dropped my phone the hinge in the bottom left broke and rendered the thing useless. Not recommended, far too flimsy.

I really appreciate having one place to wirelessly charge my pixel phone, watch and ear buds. Occasionally item doesn't charge due to improper seating. I've already had to replace it due to some kind of apparent short in the system so that nothing would charge. And delivery time is quite prolonged. But the stand is quite versatile and u appreciate the multitasking.

Bought the magnetic pixel case so I can use it in my vehicles and the magnetic case would attach to my car phone holder. The problem was it is not a magnetic case and wouldn't attach to anything. Complete false advertisement. Do not buy.

Leider passt seit dem Case nix mehr richtig oder nur mit viel Druck. Das Schutzglas verhindert Fingerprint und das Handy sitz nicht fest im Case. Auf E-Mails von mir an den Support würde mehrfach nicht reagiert. Die Halterung hab ich noch nicht getestet. Erwarte allerdings nichts mehr. Miserabeler Service und noch schlechtere Produkte.

I bought 4 different cases for Pixel 10 Pro and all 4 were very poor/basic quality considering each cost about 40 USD. For 40 dollars you get something high quality on Amazon.

Problems i encountered:
1. Very bad customer service. The Whatsapp complication is ridiculous, it felt like the person on the other end was purposefully trying to rage bait me. I paid for express delivery but there wasn't even an estimated delivery date provided. When i asked for more details i was told by the Whatsapp customer service to "be patient". They respond once or twice per day, so the conversation was literally over 3-4 days only to receive a "be patient" multiple times.

2. The cases themselves do not resemble the pictures and videos as shown in the Instagram account posts. All 4 cases were mediocre at best, made of cheap plastic and all felt extremely feeble and breakable when handling.

3. It's almost impossible to return for a refund bc of how impractical it is. FedEx quoted me approximately 185.00 dollars to return the 4 cases to China. The return would've cost me more than the 150.00 dollars i had already lost on this horrible purchase. Honestly i decided to take the loss and literally throw all 4 cases into the trash, the quality is so poor that they're honestly useless and didn't want them taking up space in my house because the quality is so bad it doesn't merit me using them despite already having them. You can find much better cases in the US Amazon market for a fraction of what these guys charge. Ridiculous.

I ordered a magsafe case with round stand on the back. It will not work on Magsafe....I tried on 4 different chargers. Contacted the company and they offered a credit is I return the product at my expense to mainland China! I followed up with two emails and they are ghosting me. Their store is very professional...they are professional thieves. Read reviews before you buy.

Took 3 weeks to get some screen protectors. I had to buy some while I waited for these. Pointless. Haven't even tried the product yet as I hopefully won't need another one for a while. I sent 3 emails and got no response. Just do to eBay if you want some buyer protection.

This has been a very weird customer experience. The phone case itself seems fine. It was surprisingly difficult to install, but the overall build quality is decent enough that I'm keeping it. Honestly, that build quality is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review.

The real issue is the company's deceptive marketing practices. Inside the package, I received a physical insert card. One side dangles a "15% off + free shipping" promo code for your next order. Directly next to it, under a graphic of 5 stars, it explicitly asks for a review. Let's call it what it is: this is a clear attempt to buy 5-star ratings. Visually bundling financial incentives with top-tier ratings is a direct violation of FTC consumer protection rules against review manipulation and review gating.

It gets even weirder when you look at how they handle critical feedback on here. Lower ratings are met with public responses from "Madison" that are completely artificial. They rely on classic AI-generated templates—clinical bulleted summaries with matching emojis, over-the-top flattery, and robotic parroting of the user's exact words to fake human empathy.

It is incredibly off-putting to realize the entire ecosystem around a physical product is so manufactured. They use shady print cards to coax humans into leaving perfect scores, and automated AI algorithms to clean up the mess when a critical review slips through. I will keep the case, but I cannot recommend supporting a brand that relies so heavily on consumer manipulation.

Only had for a few days, so can't comment on durability. The case fits snug and feels firm. The back is soft and looks great. Magnet is strong and wireless charging with the case on is no problem. The wallet is held strongly by the phone, but if you don't have loose pants or a bag your not gonna have them together in your pocket. Regardless, I like it better than a separate card holder. Since it sticks onto the phone I always know where it is when it's not on me. It's slimmer than my old card holder as well. Using the wallet works well as a stand as advertised. 4/5 no question. Yeah, delivery is slow, deal with it.

Good communication throughout the process. Beautiful case, exactly as pictured. Thank you for making such a nice case for the Pixel 9a.
