The case is nice, but it is not compatible with magnetic charging. I asked for e refund, got an email then...nothing. Bad customer service.

I like the pixel case. The material is a little slippery in my hand, but I like the overall look and the pull-out stand in the back is nice.

Scam ! Bad product not fitting the phone or watch, very low quality. No return policy where you basically have to send back the product to China at your own cost and they don't provide refund. Avoid this shop !

The price is extremely fair. Quality is great, snug fit. We'll wait and see how it holds up after time. Happy so far. Wish the shipping was faster, maybe if it was stocked in the US.

It arrived in good condition. It was a little darker color than my daughter expected.

I ordered the case and screen protector and just got a case. It looks nice but it is very thin. I requested a refund and waited for a reply
After 2 weeks I emailed again and got a very weird response requesting I return it to an address in China and
I couldn't be bothered with the hassle.

I will say, this feels like it will do the job its supposed to; that is protection. An improvement to the ability to flip the back ring would be a lot better overall

The case was exactly what I was looking for. It took a little while longer to receive than most shipments, but the site said that it was shipping from overseas, so I was prepared and no complaints. The case arrived intact, was well-packaged and fits extremely well. Exactly as described and quite substantial in quality, nothing broken, and the case is easy to grip. The price was very reasonable. I really like it and recommend this store and this product.

I really liked the detachable card wallet, i filled it with alcohol cleaning pads and gives me a bit of peace of mind that the camera will not get hit hard with all that cussion. The materials are good and the design is nice. Keep up the good work, deliver is not as fast but i am patient so no troubles there, with a little patience the world goes around.

I actually messed up my order (didn't change my default email) and got concerned when I didn't receive a receipt. I reached out to the company after a few days and they found it and gave me the information. Order was exactly what I wanted and arrived within about 10 days from the time I ordered. I would recommend this company.

Products are fine. Good selection. Ok quality. But I had an issue where I boughtt the wrong product. Sent an email before it was shipped. Never got a reply at all. Just sent the product. This is the second time I’ve had a problem, though products are ok I probably won’t buy here anymore. Customer service is too important.

Been waiting for a month, it says it's been in Dallas for 20 days, I only 4 hours away, I could walk there and back in les than 20 days, I want to cancel and want my money back

I bought a minimalist case for my pixel 9 and I have to say just having magnets has been great, but the way the case was designed makes it easy to do gestures and makes the phone feel near stock, I don't regret my purchase at all, 10/10 do recommend

Two things I had with my last pixel case that I wish I had with this one. A place for cash, and a magnetic strap to keep the cover closed. When you have cards in this case they add too much bulk and the screen cover does not stay closed. It also will almost surely open if the phone is dropped. I get this kind of case for the added screen protection and the cover not staying closed is really disappointing.

Your customer support is non-existent. Your product has been sitting at the airport for 20 day with zero movements or updates. I've emailed twice for support with zero response,
I bought your product as I need it for the environment I work in and you jeopardise my phones wellbeing.
Pretty much written off my money as, again, you have zero customer support. I will be leaving you this review if no-one contacts me.

Nice case, just wish it had a more rubbery feel on the corners and side grips. I would still recommend it for anyone looking for a case for their pixel.
