Ich habe am 30.12.24 den Atick bekommen und leider habe ich nichts an einer Rechnung bzw richtige Adresse und einen Rückschein ohne richtige Adresse bzw kein Strichcode was bei DHL vorliegen, sonst hätte ich 50,-€ zahlen ,was ich nicht einsehe. Denn hier wurde geschrieben, das man innerhalb in 30 Tagen die Ware zurückschicken kann.
Ich habe aber leider was falsches gekauft und wollte gleich alles stornieren, aber leider habe ich nie eine Email bekommen und wusste nicht das es von der USA kommt.

Very concerned that due to them…

Very concerned that due to them upselling additional drives and sending all together. Customs and post office are charging me another 40 pounds . I note in the small print they deny and decline all liabilities for imply duties, but it’s their upselling that takes you into duty area. If they had sent the purchases individually I wouldn’t be paying for their extra profit. Very disappointed, and have been waiting ages for delivery, the caroms delay now means it’s almost a month since my money went into their bank. They better work properly and not like the hundreds of disappointed customers on here! So watch out their sales mean their discounts are worthless as you have duty to pay. I am furious it’s left me out of pocket I hope your profits are swelling nicely!

Sorry, cannot recommend this

I live in the UK. First the pricing is erratic and from various websites. You purchase a 32 GB at £65 GBP and then you find you could a get 64 GB for same money. It loads logos (non photo) with a .jpg it clogs up 31GB on photo stick and I only have 6000 photos. I do not want to have any other files other than photos. Sorry Omni Photostick. Biggest waste of £65 GBP I have spent in my life.

Shipment and delivery were fast

Shipment and delivery were fast. The stick worked fine when plugged in. I did have an issue, but customer service jumped on it and responded quickly. I am quite happy with the whole experience and the PhotoStick product.

HORRIBLE WASTE OF $ I CAN'T GIVE A 0 OR I WOULD

The only reason I'm giving a 1 is bc there isn't a ZERO! My daughter is very tech savvy so I had her help me 'back up'my pics and videos. It took 10 tries, TEN, to get connected to her computer bc it's so flimsy she had to grab and pinch it near the plug to get it in and out of her computer. She was afraid it was going to break off and said she'd NEVER seen a usb of any sort ever do that! The pics were there, 1st try viewing. AFTER THAT THEY SAY NO FILES AVAILABLE! 😡🤬 ALL IT KEPT SAYING WAS FILE NOT FOUND AND TRY AGAIN!!!! I erased pics I can't get back bc of this poc stick saying they were saved!!!! I've contacted them and I'm STILL waiting to get my FULL REFUND! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. WATCH REVIEW VIDEOS OF THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM I HAD!

Had a problem with The Photo Stick Omni…

Had a problem with The Photo Stick Omni not work on my New Mac or on my iPhone. After working with a couple of tech's that my Photo Stick Omni was defective. I received notice that they would be replacing it and I would be notified when it was been shipped...This was Monday morning at about 8:30 AM..at 9:00 AM I received an e-mail with a tracking number and a statement that the replacement Photo Stick had been shipped! They tech's worked with me and came to the resolve that my Photo Stick was defective and they shipped out a replacement ASAP!

Avoid

Avoid. Noticed plasticy flimsy feel to both components on unpackaging. First attempt to load into Mac the driver said the photostick was 'broken'. Now won't even load up the omni driver. Tried in iphone as well - same dud result. Off to shops...... don't want this near any of my photos or kit.

The Omni does not Function on Mobile…

The Omni does not Function on Mobile Devices. When I use the app it gives an error message telling me I selected the wrong drive.Then I am advised to watch the training video again. I cannot proceed as displayed on the video. On my imac it worked for me but would not work for my wife's user site. On my iPad the Omni would not even light up the stick. Removing the Omni and using my Apple Lightning connector instead I plugged the Optistick into it and the backup commenced as expected. I am now waiting for it to complete backup. Conclusion - the Omni connector is a dud. Don't waste your hard earned money on the Omni.

Lost all my Photos

I purchased the 128G Photo Stick 6 months ago, loaded photos and when I went to open it last month it wouldn’t open. Took it to a software repair and they said it was unusable. Contacted Photo Stick and they were unwilling to stand behind their product. I have lost my photos and no longer can use something I paid considerable $$ for. Do not trust this product !!
