I had a fantastic experience at The Perfume Shop in Bluewater, thanks to Siobhan. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and couldn’t have been more helpful.
She took the time to help us find the perfect perfume for my daughter, offering great recommendations without making us feel rushed or pressured. She also helped us apply a Blue Light discount, which was really appreciated and made the whole experience even better.
Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, but Siobhan went above and beyond. She’s a real credit to The Perfume Shop, and we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you again!

I told them to stuff my membership and changed to the Perfume shop. I visited Dartford Bluewater store and was given exceptional service from Barbara. all the staff were amazing, they new what they were talking about, they were helpful. We were served by a wonderful black lady (sorry didnt get her name) they continued to walk around blue water before we decided, she didnt apply any pressure just her knowledge and skill. she was not there when we went back so we were served by BARBARA she was fantastic. really good offers on and support to make the best choices
