Best experience with BARBARA!! I went to the store to purchase some gifts for my husbands birthday. I work in retail myself and it was such a pleasure to be helped by Barbara. She was friendly, polite and extremely helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable about the aftershaves and her attitude for me was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for her and it was very clear she is not only good at her job but enjoys it and helping customers which I find to be rare. She is an asset to the store and the company. I will definitely use this store again and hope to see Barbara for more outstanding service.

I had the most amazing shopping experience at The Perfume Shop in Bluewater. I wanted to return a perfume that I had bought for my wife for her birthday, and the customer service I received was beyond excellent.
The ladies were very professional and knowledgeable about the products they were selling. I would especially like to mention Elizabeth and Siobhan for their outstanding service and assistance.

We visited the Bluewater store to buy birthday gifts. We were assisted by Barbara who was very helpful and made some excellent suggestions. The prices were also very competitive. Barbara then told us about the gift wrapping service which included a personalised printed ribbon. She expertly wrapped both our gifts and made them look amazing. I had no intention of buying any fragrance when I visited the store in Bluewater. I was there for something else and just happened to walk past. I decided to have a quick look, with no expectation of purchasing anything. It has been years since I have stepped into a shop to buy fragrance as I have always bought online, so this was a rare visit for me.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Barbara, and she completely changed the experience. She was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful, without any pressure at all. It did not feel like a sales situation. It felt like speaking to someone I had known for years.

I have worn the same fragrance for around 15 years and never considered changing it. Barbara took the time to show me a wide range of options, going back and forth across the store and letting me try different scents at my own pace. There was no hard sell, just excellent service and real enthusiasm.

There was also a buy one get the second half price offer, which was a bonus, but the reason I made a purchase was entirely down to the experience.

It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend visiting the store, especially if Barbara is there. If she is not already the manager, she should be. She is a real credit to the business.

We purchased 4 perfume today in Bliewater branch because the assistant Barbara was helpful and informed us of 20% for members. The service was fantastic!

Elizabeth helped us out at the bluewater store today. Genuinely such a lovely person, looked after us really well, we felt like VIPs. She helped us find a gift for multiple family members and took extra care in everything she did, including wrapping the gifts. Really enjoyed our time in the store today!
