I ordered this amazing fragrance 'Issey Miyake' from 'The perfume shop', & I am in awe of this fragrance. I ordered this particular fragrance when The perfume shop sent me a little bottle of it with another cologne I ordered a few months ago. I was slightly disappointed with this purchase because I didn't get sent another little bottle of a fragrance with this purchase & a little bag (as was sent with my last purchase). But I am going to keep buying from the perfume shop in future too. Thanks again.

Perfume was not full
Perfume was not full. As I have seen in shops they full to the top but this one was not. Bit disappointed, if I paid full amount then I expect it a full bottle.

Great customer service …
I would actually come back just to be served by Nakeeb! His customer service was so good! He recommended me the most amazing long lasting perfume (I’m actually not gonna name it because I want to be selfish and gate keep Lol) he sprayed it on my wrist and I can still smell that one spray hours later. So happy with my purchase. He was patient because I asked to try so many different perfumes. He wrote down all the names of the perfumes on the tester cards. Honestly the best service ever! Thank you again Nakeeb

For Farah at the Fort Shopping Centre
I went to the Perfume Shop at the Fort shopping Centre. I was looking to buy a gift. I was served by Farah and she was absolutely amazing. She was very patient with me, as Im terrible at making decisions. She went through the offers and also what little extra's come with the perfume. I was anxious about going in as I had no idea what to buy but she made the experience joyable and easy. Great customer service, great customer care.
