Went in here to purchase something for my mum for Mother's Day & her birthday, which coincidentally fell on the same day this year. Was served by the lovely Penny & was asked my budget & was given wonderful service & recommendations, along with her equally lovely colleague Cara. Was really nice to have a wee chat with the 2 of them & tell them how spoiled the mother was going to be this year. Would definitely recommend this service with a smile & friendly vibes

Another fantastic experience at the Perfume shop today with Cara and Penny. Been using this branch for over 20 years. Cara always keeps me right with all the new fragrances and the best deals, always feel well looked after. She’s really patient and really listens to my requirements. Would totally recommend this branch. And I am sure I will be back again soon. Thanks again for your help ladies.

When I visited The he Perfume Shop today I had a very good experience, the Assistant Morag was very experienced, and had a wide knowledge on all the products which were available.
This makes my visit to The Perfume Shop very good and I would highly recommend everyone to visit this shop.

It was an amazing experience to say the least. I ended up getting a rabbane perfume( settles down into a soft scent) that I absolutely loved and funny enough it was a personal recommendation from Penny, who was an absolute delight, she was very patient, kind and helpful. Honestly we all need a little bit of kindness during these days and Penny was mine today.

Had a pleasant shopping experience as the staffs are always ever helpful and friendly. On this occasion I was served by Penny at the Bon Accord outlet. She made my experience feel very special as I was looking to get perfumes for my wife's birthday. She helped me in looking at the options, explaining the notes on the scents and was very delightful. Absolutely amazing!

Penny in Abz center is a wonderful perfume expert , I have known her for years and she always manage to offer me the best so I have to always leave the shop with an irresistable perfume and price . Being part of the VIP memebership also had its perks and Penny makes sure u get everythingyou deserve even perfumes that are out of stock everywhere else.

I made an order on 17/1/2026 for 2 bottles of sunflower perfume. Unfortunately soon after I only received an empty Jiffy bag with nil content from the on line “The perfume shop” to my door at home. I sort customer service (on line)and filled in the necessary forms for the missing bottles. But again , unfortunately I never heard back from customer service about the failed return. On 24/02/2026 I went to my local The Perfume SHop in Aberdeen StNicolas Centre AB10 1HW, to buy yet another sunflower of perfume. Fortunately for me, a lady called Penny was most interested to hear about my bad online & failed delivery experience. After she investigating my file to look back at this online order( I had my membership no. on me) Penny spoke with her shop Manager called Cara , and together they sort out to find out why the investigation information I gave to customer service had not been completed , and why I had not been contacted. They were disappointed to hear about my experience. I have been a regular customer for years and usually I go to the store in St Nicholas Centre Aberdeen, where I always had excellent service. It was only by chance that my issue was brought into discussion because Penny was concerned that I might have been scammed. It was only as our conversation continued that she realised in fact , that I had not been scammed, rather that I had been given poor and unsatisfactory service from my online experience. I give this “ThePerfumeShop” , store in Aberdeen and in particular the professional ladies Cara and Penny 5 stars for their top service dispite my being only one of thousands of customers that must go there to shop. They made me feel that my experience mattered and even they apologised to me , on behalf of the online store ( even though they had nothing to do with it). I cannot thank Cara and Penny enough for their fantastic ,professional and personal customer service. The time they gave me to look into the situation was outstanding.

From minute walked in to shop within Bon Accord Centre Aberdeen I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile and the staff member took her time to let me smell few different ones before I made my mind up very helpful indeed the staff member name was penny definitely be back next time in area as been best experience in the few perfume shops Iv used over years 10/10
