Please rest assured that all products sold by The Perfume Shop are 100% genuine and are sourced directly from official brand suppliers or authorised UK distributors. We do not sell counterfeit, imitation or grey-market products under any circumstances.
It is also worth noting that fragrance performance can vary for a number of reasons, including whether the product is an Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette, individual skin chemistry, climate, and even regular use over time. It is also possible to become “nose blind” to certain scents, which is a natural response where the brain becomes less sensitive to familiar fragrances.

I am genuinely disappointed and regret that this matter has not been handled in a way that meets expectations.
When I originally placed my order, I reached out to your management team to inform them of my mistake in updating the delivery address to my previous residence stored in my account.
They responded quickly by contacting Royal Mail to redirect the delivery to Avley Post Office. Unfortunately, due to an error on your company's part in splitting the order into two parts, the second shipment was mistakenly sent to the wrong address.
I have been a loyal member of The Perfume Shop for many years, as shown by my account. Over the past few weeks, I have spent more than £400 on perfume through your store.
Despite me not receiving part the order, the perfume shop declined to offer refund or replacement. The perfume shop customer service are very poor.
I am very unhappy.

Having reviewed your case, I can see that you contacted us after placing the order to advise that an incorrect delivery address had been selected. Whilst we sincerely appreciate the circumstances and understand how frustrating this situation has been, our policy, which is available on our website, advises that we are unfortunately unable to amend delivery details once an order has been submitted. During the checkout process, customers are provided with opportunities to review and confirm their order and delivery information before the order is finalised.
Once an order has been placed, it enters an automated fulfilment process designed to ensure the fastest possible dispatch and delivery, which unfortunately limits our ability to make changes thereafter.
We genuinely value your loyalty to us and are sorry that you feel we have let you down on this occasion, as this was never our intention. Given the circumstances of the delivery, our advice remains to continue working with Royal Mail regarding the parcel, as this is the most appropriate avenue available to assist further.
We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
