Love this protein ! The best tasting one I’ve had to far, way better than any other vegan proteins I’ve tried like raw sport and optimum nutrition. Love making smoothie bowls with the vanilla flavour can’t recommend it enough !

Different but in a good way.
I've been using the plant based, strawberry flavour recovery protein. I've been making shakes to help my recovery during my football pre-season training and I've been feeling really good which must, in part, be down to these shakes.
They're light and the shakes' consistency is quite a lot smoother and thinner than Whey shakes - this being the first time using entirely plant based proteins.
The health benefits seem widely agreed on, which is encouraging and the reason I'm keen to move onto plant based proteins.
I've been having with Almond milk, oats, frozen strawberries and blueberries. It tastes really quite different to the strawberry whey protein powders and quite nutty. I genuinely like the taste but it's quite nutty and does take getting used to but I like it. With the above ingredients it tastes like those really good mouthfuls of Alpen you get every once in a while - I hope that makes sense to you, reader.
Communication with the brand was good and they seem really nice so all in all a positive review - would recommend (but be prepared to grow to like the taste, though I'm sure you will.)

I have used both the strawberry and vanilla flavours of the recovery protein and both taste better than any other I’ve tried! They provide me with a great combination of protein and carbs so my body can recover well and quickly after training. Their social media content has some very cool stuff too which has taught me what professional athletes actually eat day to day to fuel their bodies to compete at the top level which I haven’t been able to find anywhere else!
I have been using the Performance Kitchen Protein Powder Supplement since January 2019. I am an International Diver and use the supplement after I finish every day of training. It tastes as good as a protein supplement can, and I feel my recovery is much faster day-to-day, so when I go to training the following day, I feel much fresher than I did before I began using the protein. I would 100% recommend the use of this supplement if you are looking to improve your recovery after training sessions.
