Thiefs! they debited me multiple times and pretended i subscribed to options which is not true i only clicked on the access of 7 days for 0,99€. i blocked any future transactions and ask for a refund that they are not donig. PURE SCAMMERS

I also got trapped into a subscription package for 49.99. I didn’t think I’d subscribed but they told me I had. Avoid!

I subscribed to a free trial, and I was defrauded £49 after for a full subscription. Do not fall victim

The company is a SCAM and FRAUD. They are fraudulently signing you up for monthly subscription without telling you that this is what they do. You then discover that there is samll text saying this amount is non refundable. You only find out when the automatic payments happen 49.99 euro per month. STAY AWAY FROM IT

not trustworthy, bait offer with the danger of a subscription trap, no serious advertising (advertises free service) and hidden traps. I did not enter into any contract, but then had to pay high monthly fees. Stay away from it.

This company is scam and fraud. I tought I payes 99 cents for just one combined pdf. They started charging 49,99 euro’s a month.

I did the 99c payment as I need to copy one document, ive now been charged 49.99 euro, after 7 days, the chat bot very quick to respond TCs its an outright scam no transparency . if in eu it states 14 days to cancel ? why is rest of the world treated differently.

Do not use this company. they have charge me monthly feed of AUS$76 even after I tried cancelling and they confirmed by email my subscription was cancelled. I had to cancel my bank card to stop this and report them. Do NOT use them.

Don’t even consider this subscription.
It is an overpriced and their features frankly do not work like other programs.
I was charged $49.99 USD for one month not worth the price when you cannot access features !

CON - you pay for a one-off conversion and then they charge you £50 subscription!!!

THIS COMPANY IS JUST CHEATING YOU. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I paid 1 euro for a conversion. And after 7 days, they charged me a €50 subscription fee.
They don't make that amount clear when you buy a one conversion.
They have the process to cancel the subscription well hidden.
So you have a hard time finding it.
A scam in my opinion.

I canceled minutes after signing up. Refunded my 1.99 trial fee, then stated debiting my account 49.99 a month. still trying to cancel. Will have to pay my bank a stop payment fee and close my account.

I typed : "Sign a pdf document free online" I chose Thepdfguru, but my email was requested and then... money although it says FREE !!!

Very disappointed with those guys. They received my files on their remote servers. And after that, a button appeared asking for an email to download. I entered my email, pressed the download button, and again a new screen appeared asking for a subscription plan for the download. When I entered this site, I only saw promotional information selling it as free.

Awful company. Paid £1.99 for one document to be converted and yes I should have read the t's and c's but to have to pay what really is a £49.99 fine is shocking

I was charged monthly for subscription fee for this service even though i had informed PDF guru via email to terminate the subscription after my trial period ends. This website is a scam. It policy clearly stated that i can reach out to PDFGURU via email within 30 days of initial purchase and before the end of subscription period, and I will not be charged. When I realised that it charged monthly to my credit cards, i wrote in to ask for refund, they refused and said that according to our Refund Policy, payments made through our website are generally non-refundable. This information is clearly outlined in our policy and is made available to all users before a subscription is confirmed. Dont ever use subscribe for trial at all, u will regret.

I warn you to never use this program! there are dozens good pdf pograms that do not cheat on you. they still deduct money from your account after sending you the confirmation that they stop your subscription!!!!!

I have used the one time service for £0.99 on 12 June 2025. I have been charged £49.99 and £0.77 on 19 June 2025. I did not subscribe to their monthly services. I have used their one-time service for £0.99. They converted into a subscription without my consent and charged me. when I trying use their support service , I received email stating that payments are not refundable, your subscription has been cancelled, so no further payments will be made. It is a SCAM. Do NOT fall for it.
