Booking was easy, the delivery was excelent, very on time and the driver explained us all very well.
The car was in excelent conditions.

Great delivery and collection
Great delivery and collection, smooth process, and the car (Defender 130) arrived in immaculate condition and cleanliness. For delivery and collection it was all on schedule with full visibility provided in to the journey that they were on. Thank you! I will definitely use The Out again.

Professional and straightforward
Delivering and collecting the car went without a hitch - tracking the drivers was fantastic. The team are super polite and helpful, both in person and remotely. The App is smooth and the cars are fantastic .

Excellent experience as a first time customer. The Range Rover was super clean and in perfect condition. The drop off and pick up were timely and smooth experiences. Incredible service. Absolutely worth the slight premium of delivery as it made our trip so much more convenient. Would definitely use the Out again next time I’m in town!

Flawless experience
Flawless experience. The driver met us at the arrangement spot in Heathrow T5 short term car park. The vehicle was spotless. It performed extremely well during our journey and whilst it was big (Defender 130), it got great fuel mileage. Then on return, the driver met us very promptly at a good drop off point convenient to airport departures. I also experienced great customer service from the team prior to our trip. Highly recommended!

Hiring without the stress
Booking was simple. The drop off and pick up service is a big big plus, with a helpful and polite team. Good vehicle selection. Slight premium on pricing but worth it.
Was slightly frustrated there was no flex on booking. Drop off at 7AM and asked for pick up at 9AM because earliest on a week day and told charged full day for the 2 hours. Extended drop off to get some value for the extra day charge but was not really need.

Customer service communication
I am a returning customer, and one of the main reasons I continue to come back is the excellent customer service your company usually provides — particularly the respect, responsiveness, helpfulness, and support offered when needed.
Unfortunately, this year’s experience left me disappointed. One of your team members, informed me that it was my responsibility to “leave on time to arrive on time” when I questioned the additional fee charged to my card, which he explained was a late fee.
To provide context, I had already sent an email in advance to inform your team of my unforeseen delay due to heavy traffic caused by accidents on the road. I was trying to be considerate both to the company and to the driver collecting the car, and I specifically communicated that the driver could comfortably wait in the lobby of my hotel until I arrived.
I want to make it clear that I do not have an issue with paying a late fee if applicable. What I do have an issue with is the condescending manner in which I was spoken to and being told how I should manage my time, despite clearly explaining that the delay was beyond my control. Ensuring at-most consideration and pilotless while communicating is my top priority.
As a loyal customer, this interaction made me feel undervalued and genuinely reconsider whether I would want to return for my next holiday.

As your notice was received outside of our 3 working-hour notice period, a late fee would normally apply for late deliveries or collections. However, as a gesture of goodwill, our team reduced this fee by 50% in an effort to reach a fair resolution and address your concerns as positively as possible.
