Huge fan. Was a customer of Drive Pivotal for many years whilst in the UK and now using The Out after moving abroad. Fantastic service every single time. Alessandro was great too. Makes it all very easy.

Great from start to finish
The booking process was good.
The delivery of the vehicle at the airport was good as I could track the driver’s arrival time, The cleanliness of the car and the support from the delivery driver in getting our bags loaded was also appreciated.
The same with returning the car, it was easy to coordinate the drop off as I could track the pick up driver. The hand back was easy and seamless making my airport arrival easy.

Great experience.. the car was fantastic as expected. Delivery and pick up as agreed on.. Very polite team both at Delivery and pick up.. Responsive and very helpful help team including Lewis and Salma.. Very different experience from the hassle of renting a car from other companies.. Would definitely rent again, and for sure recommend for others

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. The car was in great condition, pretty much brand new. Delivered promptly and collected promptly. The whole experience can mostly be described as very seamless. I definitely recommend.

Warning avoid
Warning avoid made me late for my flight. The only reason I went with this service was due to convenience and both at drop-off and pick up. They were 30 minutes late when not even a cheap taxi service is late how an earth and luxury service like this is consistently late and its only value is convenience is ridiculous. I was waiting at the airport when they were meant to drop the car off and I had to go to an event so I had to get a taxi instead and they had to meet me there and then on drop off I almost missed my flight because I had to wait for them again because of them being late very poor Service very unreliable
