Good customer service, but damaged item
I purchased a kids costume for a school event, which arrived quickly.
However, it looked like it was either second hand or factory damaged. With a hole in the knee area. I asked for a refund, as the kids event had passed. So I couldn't use the item.
I have still given a good review, as the customer service team worked quickly to refund my item on return.
