My mum has been scammed by these
Does anyone have contact email for them please? They didn’t even have the decency to send her a confirmation email or anything, she’s 75 and only realised today they have taken 2 months payments if £49.95. I’m fuming

Totally scam please be aware of this company and its website. As others have stated, bought a trial at 9.99 with no mention of recurring orders or payments and have had £49.95 taken out of my bank. Didn’t receive any emails confirming anything and didn’t agree to this

I concur with every review on this page, it's a total scam just glad that I paid by credit card as I should be able to claim the fraudulent money taken from my account without my permission.... It's a total scam do not enter into any transaction with these thieves!!!

I ordered a trial at a cost of £10! Nothing received! 14 days later I was charged £50! They did refund to £50 but claimed the £10 was for postage and packing for something I never received!

Total scam! I don't have the time or inclination to reiterate what has been said already. Do not fall for purchasing anything from this company or going near their website which is misleading and deceptive - lesson learned!

I bought a bottle blood guard and paid £9.95 to try.
I did not order anything else.
I was charge by direct debit to my account 49.95 for somthing i did not order.
Ive cancled the direct debit and reported.

I concur with all that has been said on these reviews. I did not authorise the payment of 59.95 Euros after paying 9.95 Euros for Postage.It makes me doubt the claims they make for the Product. I will certainly not be consuming this. What prompted me to purchase in the first place was the mention of Proffessor Luke O'Neill's recommendation.

Had a phone call today from Nationwide saying that they had blocked payment to this company. It was for £49.95. Thank goodness they called as this followed Thenutramax £9.95 Blood Guard 'offer' that I paid in May with NO permission given for future payments to be taken - especially not £49.95 on a recurring monthly payment!!

Bought a trial, but cannot cancel.
They want an order number, but because they keep using different names and different ways to communicate, it is impossible to find the right information.

I've been unable to do anything about this order.

I have had the same experience, I replied to an email which was sent, and surprisingly they did respond. But they do not seem to get the point of trial meaning trying out. This has gone back and forward a couple of times, and they are now offered me a 35% refund and an assurance that it has been cancelled. I am still not happy though, but need to wait till the payment is cleared at my bank before I can take it further
Maybe some of you can try contacting them, there is a number on the email but I did not try it

I unfortunately have had the same experience as other people. They promoted a product which was supposedly supported by Dr Michael Mosley. I paid the £9.95 for postage and then got an email saying that the free trial was for 12 days and started straight away even before they had shipped the product to me. after that time my bank account would be charged £49.95.There was no mention of that at the time of paying the £9.95 .i have not received the product because conveniently it does not arrive until after the 12 days when you should /could cancel and return the product for a full refund.

I called them today no apology no explanation just I would have to pay the £49.95 to cancel it. so they have fraudulently found away to steal money for an item that they have falsely claimed has been supported by Dr Michael Mosley. They should not be allowed to take hard-working peoples money like this and the industry needs to get together to stop this. I will also be reporting this to trading standards. As well as my bank in the morning.
