Total scam..Paid £9.95 for a product that arrived, not their name on tub! Then have taken £49.95 x 3 !
CC company have blocked them but they keep trying to take more.they should be investigated..I have gone through my bank fraud dept and Dispute dept..they were aware of the scam..thousands of people been done.Name and Shame..it’s criminal !

The packaging was nice, but I expected more from the price. My dog seemed to tolerate it well, but no noticeable improvement after a month. Maybe it works for others, but I’m not convinced.

It’s helped me with my joint discomfort, and I definitely feel more flexible compared to before. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that I wish there were more flavor options. Overall, a solid product!

My dog reluctantly took it, and while it hasn’t caused any issues, I haven’t seen a significant change in his mobility. Maybe it works for other dogs, but for mine, it's just okay so far.

A huge enormous scam. The people who are doing this should be locked up.

effectivement je n ai pas été très malin j aurais du consulter les avis avant d être arnaqué, il n'y a pas de test gratuit il faut renvoyer le produit au bout de la période d essais dont le compte a rebours commence dès que la commande est passée .vous payez les frais de port débités immédiatement et ensuite vous recevrez un email qui vous indique que les frais de transport sont insuffisants et que donc le produit ne sera pas expédié !!! évidemment pas de remboursement des frais ,et je pense qu ensuite ils doivent tenter de débité votre Cb du montant du produit que vous ne recevez jamais !!!!

positivo: he podido contactar con ella y me piden devolver el producto con un código y haciendome cargo de los gastos de devolución .
Negativo: el procedimiento de cobro , cargando en tarjeta 49,95 que en ningun momento se autorizó.
En mi caso, llego el producto 13 dias despues de hacer el pedido, y ya tenia cargado los 49,95 euros, por lo que no lo recogi de correos y supongo les será devuelto Di de baja la tarjeta para que no me carguen nada mas.No se si hice bien,al no recoger el producto de correos , pero no me parece bien, que abusen asi de las personas,Me ofrecian un descuento del 50 por ciento y me quedara con el producto,pero se me quitaron las ganas de probar nada. Espero le sea util a posibles compradores y no caigan en anuncios engañosos como esteEstoy en tramites de que me devuelvan los 49,95 euros por lo que no quiero que mi opinion llegue a Thenutramax hasta resolver el tema .Muchas gracias.

Not a particularly scrupulous organisation. Received another package today, I hadn't ordered anything, another tub of gummies enclosed. Have contacted my bank, reported as a fraudulent transaction.

Me sumo a lo que han manifestado otros antes que yo coincidimos prácticamente en todo y es inútil repetirlo. Sin aviso ninguno y por tanto no habiéndolo aceptado me han cargado los cuarenta y nueve noventa euros a los diez días aproximadamente del encargo del envase gratuito pagando 9,90 euros. Son unos auténticos piratas estafadores.

Scam. ordered a trial bottle Dominator Gummies for £9.95 with a twelve day trial or return if not satisfied. Received an e-mail 12 days later telling me trial period over and charged £49.95 yet I had still not receive the product They were counting from day of order not date of dispatch and delivery. I have today received a message from my bank telling me another £49.95 has been taken from my account without ordering anymore. I have told my bank his is fraud and to block any further payments.

Joining the growing band of individuals being scammed by this dishonest company. Reported to Tesco credit fraud and Action Fraud But I’m not holding my breath. Trouble is with companies like this is that they continue to trade. BAN THEM, THEN TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAIST THE CEO AND MANAGERS OF THE COMPANY.

This company is a scam and like the others I paid the postage and then was £49.95 taken out my account I contacted the Fraud Scot who could not help as for the bank they could only cancel my debit card in case this company was wanting more.

Scam. Purchase product for 9.95, clearly shown online at time of purchase then a 12 day trial period - not shown at time of purchase - ends and you are charged full price for product 49.45, on top of the 9.95 already paid. There is nothing to indicate this process at time of purchase. You are then automatically subscribed for monthly purchase, not clear at time of purchase and not agreed. Another 49.95 from your account.

Yesterday I received a second consignment from the nutramax company which I had not ordered. The only order I placed with them was their offer of a free sample of 30 Blood Guard capsules with payment of £9.99 postage. I did not sign up for a monthly supply. My latest bank statement shows a payment of £49.99 has been made to Nutramax.

Like the gentleman below, exactly the same has happened to me. I received the trial pack but nothing for the £49.95 recurring charge or had the associated consignment . I’ve tried emailing from a google address but no response. I want items or refund and confirmation of subscription cancellation.

Totally scam please be aware of this company and its website. As others have stated, bought a trial at 9.99 with no mention of recurring orders or payments and have had £49.95 taken out of my bank. Didn’t receive any emails confirming anything and didn’t agree to this

This is scam beware there take the money without your knowledge no email or no contact...l am trying explain this to my credit card company ... but fail
1st there took £9.99 for a sample than £49.95 for what?? l did not agree to this.

Charged $15 15/7/2024 received nothing and charged another $73.99 on the 15/7/2024

This is a scam. Unfortunately there appears to be no contact address to use to communicate with them. Thanks to my CC company I have been able to stop the payments but they are still trying to take it. My CC company has put a permanent stop onto their attempts.

Arnaque pur et simple , arnaque arnaque, et en plus il rembourse pas sa devrait être interdit des sites tel que celui là, arnaqueurs.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Il prélève sur les comptes des gens sans dire quoi que ce soit c'est honteux.🤮
