I have almost completed my weight loss journey with the clinic, and I can wholeheartedly say that the experience exceeded all my expectations. Over the course of a year (approximately), I lost just over 30 kilograms, and I couldn’t have achieved this without the outstanding support and expertise of the team.

Natalie, my nutritionist and nutritional therapist, has been truly exceptional. Her advice was always rooted in evidence-based research, and I felt fully confident in her guidance throughout. She is a deeply trusted expert in her field and always approached our work together with professionalism, kindness, and understanding.

I would also like to mention John, the clinic manager, who was incredibly supportive and helpful from the outset. His professional yet approachable manner made everything seamless, and I always felt that nothing was too much trouble.

Throughout my journey, I received more support than I ever expected. The team provided a consistently safe, encouraging, and discreet environment, which was very important to me.

From my first appointment prior to the procedure, my nutritionist Natalie advised me what to expect and how to get the best results from the experience.
She discussed things for me to cut from my diet and why.
Then she suggested what would be better choices going forward to enable me to maintain my weight loss.
Throughout I felt I was supported and listened to. If I had any queries or problems, I sent a WhatsApp and received a prompt response from her.

I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. They provided the boost of confidence I needed after completing my treatment with them. The entire process was seamless, and their supportive, positive attitude made my journey even more fulfilling. I don’t know where to start, firstly Natalie has been so supportive throughout my whole journey. I had concreams about my weight, diet and lifestyle. Without any judgement she was able to advise me and support me to make simple changes backed up with clinical research on how/what to change, take and make better choices. This was a gradual process with all my needs and requests met. Natalie was a support available to me whenever I needed it and my life and weight loss targets have been met and every new target I set myself with her professional advice and support has and is being met to! I also cannot fault John for the honest and quick logistics support he provides too! The NRG team is brilliant I couldn’t not of turned my heath around without them. I am more confident, healthy and energetic! I cannot recommend them enough!

I've struggled with my weight ever since I can remember. I've tried all possible diets and programmes (WW, Slimming World etc) and found myself quickly losing some weight and then gaining even more. When the weight management injections first started being popular, I consulted my GP who told me it was next to impossible to be approved for these. I tried my private medical scheme and was refused too despite my very high BMI. My private insurer told me that if I had a disease caused by obesity, they would be happy to help, but they wouldn't treat the root cause! I also researched some online providers, but decided it was too risky to sign for such programmes where no real monitoring is provided, and I'd never be sure of the supplier of the medication.
This is when I turned to The NRG Clinic - the best move I've ever made! I've been on the weight loss injections since November and already lost 4 stones.
My progress is being carefully monitored by Dr Natalie Gillan who ensures I'm eating well; I take necessary supplements and I'm becoming more active as my weight loss continues. My injection dose is being consulted with the bariatric surgeon to allow me lose weight in a healthy way and without side effects. I couldn't ask for better care and reassurance. I've received my latest blood test results, and my pre-diabetes is gone, and my health has improved immensely.
I've now been introduced to the movement specialist in the clinic - Ashley - who is helping me get fitter and even more healthy and somehow makes it a fun challenge rather than a torture (which I considered exercise before).
I’d highly recommend the programme to anybody who has ever struggled with their weight and probably lost faith in ever changing it. Dr Natalie and her team do change lives for better and I’m the much healthier and much, much happier example of that.
