I must admit that I didn't expect this level of kind service because of past experience with some other apps and customer services. I am pleasantly surprised and recommend them sincerely.
What made the difference was Alex Lee from Customer Support who was very pleasant, kind and quick in resolving my question.

Reclamo por cobro incorrecto
Supuestamente realicé un pago por un plan de 35 días y en menos de un mes me debitaron 50 USD sin previo aviso cuando no habían transcurrido los 35 días y la idea de suscripción es que pagas en función al plan en dias, esto no lo respetaron. Realizado el reclamo me dicen que dieron de baja la suscripción, la cual la veré reflejada el proximo mes si es que realmente cumplen. Son unos estafadores.

El reto de 35 días y el ciclo de facturación son cosas distintas — tu plan se cobra cada 4 semanas, no cada 35 días. La baja ya está confirmada, no habrá más cargos.

Ta souscription est en pause, donc pas de débit à craindre. On t'a envoyé un email pour réinitialiser ton mot de passe, ainsi qu'un geste pour la gêne occasionnée à l'adresse indiquée dans ton avis — vérifie ta boîte mail et dis-nous si tu veux reprendre l'accès ou qu'on annule définitivement.
A fuir, renouvellement automatique non autorisé
Des exercices qu'on peut trouver sur youtube gratuitement. D'autres appli de yoga sont bien moins chères et plus sérieuses. J'avais souscrit un plan de 14 jours en promotion, sans intention de prolonger. Un renouvellement d'un mois a été prélevé sans avertissement et sans consentement de ma part. A fuir !

Concernant le renouvellement, MaxBeauty est un service par abonnement, et les offres promotionnelles peuvent être renouvelées au tarif normal de l’abonnement après la période initiale. Les conditions de renouvellement sont indiquées avant l’achat. Nous comprenons qu’un renouvellement inattendu puisse malgré tout être frustrant, et nous travaillons continuellement à rendre ces informations aussi claires que possible.
