Me han cobrado 59,99 sin autorización tras pagar 19,99 un servicio para un mes . La letra pequeña claro, dice que debía cancelarse la suscripción antes del mes pero sí que se han dado prisa por cobrarme tres días antes de cumplir el mes
Además no lo he ni utilizado y encima no te permiten cancelar devolviendo el recibo

The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The product delivered was completely different from what was advertised. The promotional material was misleading, creating expectations that were not met after subscribing. When I contacted customer support to address the issue, the response was unhelpful and unsatisfactory. Based on my experience, I would not recommend subscribing to this service.

I purchased a subscription because I was looking for a personalized program specifically focused on jaw tension relief. The marketing and detailed questionnaire gave me the impression that I would receive a tailored plan based on my needs.

It quickly became apparent that the program was not genuinely personalized. The content appeared very generic, and I suspect most users receive the same or a very similar sequence of videos. Rather than being a specialized solution for jaw tension, the app seems primarily focused on facial aesthetics aspects.

When I attempted to cancel my subscription to prevent automatic renewal, I was informed that cancelling immediately would also remove my access now, despite having already paid for the service period. Customers should be able to cancel future renewals while retaining access for the remainder of the period they have already paid for.

As a result, the burden is now on me to remember to cancel at exactly the right time to avoid being charged again. This subscription model is designed to maximize renewals than to provide a fair exchange between service provider and customer.

Not worth the time it takes to dispute continuing charges even after cancelling my subscription. The fact that it was a subscription and not a one time charge was also pretty well hidden at the time I first purchased.

I would give zero stars. The app is stupid. I looked through it for a couple days and never again. They make it sound like this is a one time purchase and then after 3 months randomly charge you 90 dollars with no email or text reminder. This app isn't even worth 30 dollars. DONT GET SCAMMED!

Support has been very helpful and rectified the situation. I suggested reminder emails moving forward so this doesn't happen to other people.

I spent two days on the app and I really liked it. The app experience was seamlessly smooth and i learned so much about my face. Not only my face, but my posture too. I noticed my face has become slightly asymmetrical after i gave birth. I believe it is due to breastfeeding and pumping… i am more mindful of my face muscles now and can notice slight tension whenever i do certain things. Being mindful is important as it’s the first step to get rid of bad habits and to change my appearance. Without MaxBeauty, i wouldnt learn all this

There are some really good programs on the app. I personally didn't end up using them as much, and the main reason I am giving a 4 star review is because when it came time to renew the subscription I completely forgot about it. Their support team was understanding and worked with me to cancel the subscription and refund me the money. Which helped a lot. I did learn some good tips and do have healthier skin and hair now.

BEWARE. Large unauthorized charges. Unable to cancel account. This site is a SCAM. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO MAKE RANDOM, UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO YOUR CARD.

Lots of ongoing issues with my purchase. I enrolled in a 3 month "customised" facial fascia release program. None of the videos worked for the first 10 days of my paid program, while having to email their customer support team often about it. It felt like the replies were from automated AI agents that asked me to wait for further instructions that didnt come for several days.

They sent out a questionnaire to determine my specific goals and to build the "customised" course based on my needs - I filled this questionnaire out about 10x over 10 days and the app never worked. Finally when it started working, I was given a program with "No specific goals provided" and focus points that were not what I chose... I wanted to focus on my under eye bags, and this generic program I've been given has hardly addressed this common area once in the almost 30 days I've been doing the program. I also have not seen a single exercise provided that was shown in the advertisement of this course (the reason why I bought this course in the first place).

I emailed customer service at the start pointing out that my goals did not save properly due to the errors with their faulty website and asked if I could change my goals to my true concerns, they said it wasnt possible after starting the course. I asked if I could restart the course fresh with my actual goals - again, not possible.

Over the last month there has been at least 2 other occasions where the videos in my course dont work at all and I've had to email their support team about it. Its been a pretty disappointing experience to say the least.

The only reason I've given 2 stars instead of 1 is because I do like the techniques in the videos, although they are very short. These sessions are only 3-4 mins long daily. They said the sessions will progress over time, but I've still yet to see that...

I'm sticking this out for 2 more months in hopes to see some progress, but at the moment I'm not going to renew my subscription and have not been happy with the ways they've tried to rectify my concerns.

Do not sign up. This company are not transparent with their pricing and subscription. I paid over £70 for a month with little improvement or measurable change other than their AI software telling me it was improving. There are hidden fees everywhere!! Beware.

Initially, I experienced some frustration regarding the automatic subscription renewal, as I was not able to easily find and review the Terms of Use during the sign-up process.

I really like this app. The videos are short and sweet. The facial exercises are so lovely and it’s nice being called beauty each time.

I had some billing issues but customer service was extremely responsive and the issue was cleared up really quickly.

Poor experience, had to deal with unauthorised charges from this company. Never received one email from them to resolve the issues.
