This is an excellent service. I was able to sell my vehicle by using the Concierge service. The car, which was extremely well loved, was taken in, cared for and appreciated. Considerable time was taken with the photographs and description and at all stages I was consulted with and updated. When the car sold I was paid directly by the buyer and all in all it was an entirely hassle free , well conducted affair. Many thanks to all involved and I am delighted to know that this wonderful car has found a fabulous new home.

Bonhams were very easy to deal with; Mark Livesey came back quickly with an estimate following my email enquiry. I then just drove the car to Abingdon, left it with Bonhams, then paid the concierge fee and waited for the auction to proceed. Eventual sale price was upper end of the Bonhams estimate, so I have no complaints. Buyer paid the day following the auction, so all in all a very painless experience.

Very easy to use, I took advantage of th Concierge service which meant I could just drop the car off, it was then valeted and photographed. Once sold the buyer transferred the money promptly and the the deal was very "hands off".

I dealt with Fraser Jackson and used their Concierge service. Right from the start of the process the communication was excellent. I arranged for the transportation of my car to their HQ and provided all of the documentation and keys with the car and they confirmed safe receipt within the hour. The pictures and video then taken (approximately 300 !) were comprehensive of every angle and looked very professional The tailored description they provided was very comprehensive and I think really adds to the overall packaging and brings the car to life.

Throughout the 7 days during the auction I was updated regularly. Having spoken to a few members of the team including Fraser what comes across is a real passion for their business. At the end of the auction we achieved the upper end of the predicted guide price so I was very happy with this.

The presentation of the car via Bonhams auction review (by Consignment Specialist) with the presence of a new MOT certificate was far from what I actually purchased in reality.

The car I purchased via Bonhams and picked up in Oxford required 10.000 pounds of maintenance to at least pass an actual MOT test. Indicating a fraudulent MOT test being performed (by a company affiliated with the previous owner of the vehicle) about a week prior to auction sale and a worthless review performed by Bonhams specialist.

It was the opposite of the professional experience I expected.
