Very happy with the goggles, the process was very easy to use. The fit is very comfortable and no leaks. Highly recommend.

Ich komme mit der Brille sehr gut klar allerdings macht sie doch sehr starke Abdrücke. Das muss ich noch etwas testen. Es kommt kein Wasser rein und sie beschlägt auch kaum.

The Magic5 delivers a good service. The app to scan your face works well and is quiet clear, easy to use. Once this is done you have to wait a few days to get a confirmation that the scan was usable. Then it still takes 2 weeks before you receive your custom made goggles.
I was curious to use them and to see there was no leakage. The goggles work fine, no water coming in. I had expected that the sealing was going to be softer. But at the end I am a happy sustomer.

Fast customer service with issue resolution. Just used the goggles and it was incredible

I originally left a review about my order being blocked due to a “face scan requirement” - even though I did NOT order goggles.

That situation has now escalated far beyond that.

Timeline:

Order: Pull buoy + finger paddles (no goggles)

Order was blocked for 12 days due to THEIR system error

Customer support repeatedly told me to scan my face (completely irrelevant)

They admitted the mistake… and then repeated the same wrong response again

After multiple emails, the order was finally released and delivered.

But here’s where it gets worse:

Due to the delay and poor handling, THEY offered compensation (Equipment Mesh Bag).

That was over a month ago.

Since then:

We have sent 20+ emails back and forth

Spoken with 3 different support agents: Niklas, Joshua & Carter

Received multiple promises that the compensation would be sent

Been told it was “prioritized” and “handled”

Received incorrect shipment notifications referring to old orders

And STILL nothing has been shipped

This is not just bad service anymore:

This is a complete lack of internal control, communication and accountability.

It honestly feels like:

automated responses

no one checking orders

no ownership of customer issues

I have never experienced anything like this.

If you order from THEMAGIC5, be aware:
If something goes wrong, you may end up stuck in an endless loop of emails and empty promises.

Extremely disappointing, especially since the actual product is good.

This entire experience has destroyed my trust in the company.

Jeg købte et par briller for 5 måneder siden. Jeg har egentlig været meget glade for dem, men må god nok sige, at det er tæt på det værste kundeservice jeg har oplevet længe. Jeg bestilte brillerne, og der gik utrolig lang tid for at de skulle verificere mit scan. Jeg skrev til dem, de svarede ikke - jeg skrev igen, og så kiggede de på sagen. Desuden kunne jeg anbefale magic5 til en ven efter købet, og så ville de tilføje en “gave” til min ordre. Den kom de aldrig med.
Nu 5 måneder senere er de blevet utætte, hvilken jeg skrev til dem, men igen. Igen svar…

Company has amazing customer support and really quality goggles.

Super fast! The scan was also super easy and was cool to see. Very excited to do my Ironman with them!

I ordered the Magic5 Blue swim goggles in October of last year. They never arrived. Now we have February.

I wrote around 20 e-mails to the customer service and called them. They didn't answer any e-mail and the phone service is just an answering machine.

I have never ever been treated so poorly as a customer. No way to complain or get your money back. Complete ignorance. I am very, very angry with this company.

I found the ordering process, app download & face scanning easy to complete. My scan was confirmed & the goggles made & shipped in a matter of days. I have used them a couple times since getting them & they are a complete game changer. Clear, comfortable, no leaks & no rings after the swim. I have already recommended them to a number of people.

Ich würde KEINEM empfehlen hier eine Schwimmbrille zubestellen.

Habe eine bestellt und 1tens sah sie aus, als ob Kinder die angefertigt hätten und ist eine absolute schlechte Qualität!!! Dazu kommt noch dazu dass sie noch kaputt geliefert wurden ist! Das Gummi um die Brille herum war zerrissen angekommen. Und die Badehaube die ich auch mitbestellt habe war zusammen geklebt, als ob sie zu warm gelagert worden ist.

Bis dato werde ich entweder ignoriert oder "vertröstet" wir kümmern uns drum!
Ich bin einfach nur sauer und möchte mein Geld zurückerstattet bekommen und selbstverständlich melden sie sich nicht mehr und laufe schon über 2 Monaten der ganzen Geschichte hinterher!
