Jeg var lidt skeptisk da jeg så brillerne, for de var ikke særlig pæne i kanten i gummiet der skulle sidde omkring mine øjne så første tanke var: “åh gud! Jeg skal sende dem retur, for de lukker da vand ind”, men jeg tog dem så med en tur i svømmehal for at teste dem inden jeg skulle sende retur og klage over dem og få et par nye. MEN da jeg tog dem på og svømmede med dem kom der INTET vand ind, og de sidder sindssygt godt! Så ingen briller retur, og mine varmeste anbefalinger herfra! Jeg vil klart bestille herfra igen hvis jeg får brug for nye eller til resten af familien. 👏🏼

I backed during Kickstarter and still have my original pair. They work great, decided recently to get a pair for my Daughter who is getting ready for Club Swimming. Its been 3 weeks and her goggles still haven't been made and Supports comment 5 days ago "Oh its in queue for Production, just another 1 or 2 days" Website states usually 5 days for the Goggles to be made. This is ridiculous, if you want a pair of goggles, make sure you put your order in 3 months in advance.

Purchased from them, I wore the goggles 3 times before they began to fog up and scratch on the inside of the lens. I contacted customer service explaining the issue, I received one reply making a suggestion, when I said this had not worked and that the very expensive goggles still I could not see out of, they had stopped replying.

3 follow up emails and over a week later I have no solution, the goggles I bought are useless and I have a race in 1 week.

I understand things go wrong and perhaps even sometimes due to customer error but to spent that premium on goggles and then receive extremely poor customer service is not acceptable.

The most incompetent group of people I’ve ever had to deal with. Two weeks after I placed my order I reached out for a status update. Was told it’ll be produced within the next working day. Was told this for 2 weeks afterwards. After continued emails, I was then told they have a lot of orders, and will update me asap. Then I was told again it’ll be produced the next working day. After 5 weeks I finically cancelled my order. No apologies or explanation. Just incompetence. Insane

Like most people that swim competitively, I tried MANY different brands and multiple styles. Nothing was quite right, just passable.
When my " favorite" of the past few years was discontinued, i purchased 3 different "similar" types- don't trust AI recommendations. SO MUCH PAIN AND LEAKING.
I figured this was the time for Magic 5.
I am racing this weekend, so I jumped in the pool to check how much leak I would be dealing with.
ZERO LEAK.

Beim Kauf des Bundles wurde mir beim Auschecken empfohlen, die Hülle dazu zu kaufen. Ich habe zwei Hüllen gekauft — dann in der Versandbestätigung gesehen, dass die Brillen in Hüllen versandt werden. Wollte es noch ändern lassen und habe seitdem nur unangenehme Kommunikation mit dem freundlich formulierenden Customer Service: ich dürfe die Hüllen selbstverständlich (auf eigene Kosten!) nach Kopenhagen zurücksenden, dann würde man mir die Hüllen zurückerstatten. Porto entspricht dem Preis der Hüllen. Honestly, MAGIC5? Bei dem Preissegment ist das doch unwürdig, dieses sinnlose Upsale und die Art wie ihr daran festhaltet, dass ihr kein Retour Label verschickt??? Bei dem Geld, das die Brillen kosten… Ich würde es nicht noch mal machen.

This company has unfortunately become really bad over the years. I bought my first goggles from them four years ago. All good. Lasted four years before they broke.

Bought a new pair recently. Horrible process. No news after two weeks. Then they send email saying they don't have the scan. I show them screenshot of scan being sent. Then they find the scan suddenly. Customer service seems to be more confused than ever.

After 1.5 month (!) I got my order. Not acceptable delivery time for a pair of goggles. A car delivery is faster nowadays.

But even worse, when they reached me it was the wrong goggles. Different shades on the glasses (!). Would love to upload an image. One glass has silver shade. Other has black. Ridiculous quality control.

The production quality seemed much worse than my first goggles as well.

They are making up for it by sending a new pair, but the damage is already done. These are the last goggles I buy from them. Something is seriously wrong with their business. Not sure what it is, but it's not working well.

They did not fit my face any better than a $15 pair of Speedo goggles. I have a big crooked nose, always the issue with goggles and glasses fitting right. I know I am a hard fit and wouldn't normally leave a bad review, but I submitted for a refund and theMagic5 have been crickets in their response.

Unfortunately I couldn’t get on with these. I liked the idea but couldn’t get them to fit properly, they kept leaking, so I’m back to cheaper alternatives. I like the idea though, maybe as technology improves they will work better.

best goggles i have ever had

I ordered a google bundle -- one outdoor and one indoor. So far I have only received the outdoor googles, and not follow up response from customer service. The only response I've received has been a computer generated response saying they will get back to me. And the googles I received don't fit properly. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and product quality. There is no way to reach the company by phone either.

Swimming 3 times a week on average, 1 to 1.5 hours/session. Using these for est 1 year.

Fit is exactly as they describe however, everything else they do as a goggle is sub par.

Anti fog lasted about 2 weeks, I do top up but due to issue below, clarity has never been the same since. Nose piece breaks every 3-4 months, I think because it's a hard molded plastic to help with the fit. Company was great, sent out replacements. Do not leave them in the case, they don't dry properly in there, even with rinsing, mine became moldy.

I’ve bought goggles, I received since my purchase A LOT of marketing emails offering me a discount on my next pair or asking for my opinion but the product hasn’t arrived! How will I know how to review a product that I haven’t tried? The worst part? I’ve emailed them but ZERO response. I’m not sure how they have such great reviews here, I feel like I have fallen into a scam. They are not cheap… my money went down the drain.

Best no leaks goggles that exist. Customer service is second to none!

Extremely poor customer service. Takes ages to get back to you. I contacted them twice and got the same script from 2 different representatives. The product quality is questionable but it does work. The customer service is extremely poor

ordered few days ago and made an extra order by mistake, no confirmation email after 3 days almost, sent a message, more than 24h later no reply

I ordered the bundle blue and tinted ones were fine at the beginning until started letting water in on the blue ones always cleaned them after the pool and left to air dry but they become a regular thing letting water in and had some cloud stains on the blue ones so went the the tinted was was fine for a month or so then they started to let water in I’ve contacted the maigic5 and no contact number times would not recommend to anyone take your money else where sent email with pictures of the damage and nothing

On first trying them they are crystal clear and so comfortable to wear no pressure on your eyes.

And so different to normal goggles

Only negative as other reviewers have said the nose piece is very cheap and quite difficult to remove.

The customer service is second to none.
Nothing is too much trouble for them to ensure your googles are perfect in every way.
The do deserve the star rating they have earned from customers.

Unfortunately they leaked on one eye, on every pair, I reached out to M5 and they gave me a few solutions but did not work,

Offered replacement or refund.

Shame because they are comfortable and crystal clear.

I had such high hopes as I apparently have an unusual shaped (very narrow) face, finding it almost impossible to find goggles that fit me, even female-fit. So I was expecting these to be a miraculous discovery! Unfortunately the first pair leaked, so did the following 2 pairs after they tweaked the shape. Eventually I gave up and asked for a refund which they kindly gave. I must say however that I CANNOT FAULT their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They always replied to emails quickly and with helpful information. And replacement goggles were quick to ship after I completed the 'deep dive' form giving details of where they were leaking / painful each time so they could improve the shape. I know other swimmers who love these goggles, so I guess it just depends on your face if they work for you. I say, give them a go, they might be the best thing ever, but be prepared that they don't work for everyone.

Tragekomfort sehr gut. Leider fing die Brille nach ca. 6 Wochen (1-2 mal pro Woche genutzt) an zu beschlagen. Jetzt nach ca. 11 Monaten ist sie leider undicht. Anfangs dachte ich noch, dass ich sie nicht richtig aufgesetzt habe, doch die Intervalle des Wassereintritts werden regelmäßiger. Somit keine zuverlässige Brille mehr für mich und nach nicht mal einem Jahr Nutzung für diesen hohen Preis eher ungenügend.
