The goggles themselves were good at first and fit well, but after just a few weeks the nose bridge connector broke.

What disappointed me the most was the customer support. I tried to contact TheMagic5 through different channels and even escalated the issue, but I did not receive any proper response or real solution. It felt like nobody cared after the purchase.

For a premium-priced product, this is simply not acceptable. Good goggles are one thing, but after-sales support matters too. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend TheMagic5.

I really wish I could give Magic5 five stars. The fit is spectacular, and they're the most comfortable goggles I've ever used.
However. The nose piece (which has to be one of the cheapest components to produce) is a weak spot. In my first 6 months of using Magic5 goggles, I had two nose pieces snap mid-swim. Mid-swim. Not when putting them on, not when pulling on them, not through any kind of rough treatment; just from the bit of tension from the goggles being on my face.

I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt, so I reached out to support. Perhaps it's an issue with the manufacturer that the company is working to fix. So I expressed my concerns and requested that they share what they're doing to address the quality issues. Other than empty empathy "We care so much about our customers" and an offer to keep sending me more nose pieces, they offered no indication that they are taking the quality issues seriously or working to correct them.

I've read that the quality of the goggles used to be much higher. Again, it's a product with a lot of potential. When I use them, they're great, but it's not worth the risk of the nose piece breaking mid-swim during my Ironman, leaving me without goggles and my expensive goggles at the bottom of some lake. I'm sad that, having spent hundreds of dollars on two pairs of their goggles and several months working with support to get a good scan and the right fit, they're now worthless because they are cutting corners on the production quality of a nose piece that likely costs the company a few cents to make.

Har nu ventet over 30 dage og stadig ikke modtaget min ordre, har skrevet mere end 5 mails, hvoraf man får svar af en robot. Jeg plejer at have meget tålmodighed, men det ligner simpelthen ikke at jeg modtager min vare. De skriver nu af de personligt vil kigge på min ordre (efter 15 dage). Alle ens mails bliver stort set sendt lige i skraldespanden, da man alligevel ikke får et svar.

Opdatering… 30 dage senere har jeg nu fået brillerne, men mangler stadig resten af mine ordre💀💀

I eagerly anticipated the delivery of my goggles last week as always had issues with leaking and fogging.

My experience: the anti- fogging is amazing and I could see very clearly underwater. However, my goggles still leaked, albeit less than others I have owned.

I really hope that they can re-scan my face so I can finally wear goggles that don’t leak, rather than get a refund.

So disappointed!😭

Easy to buy through the website but hard to understand how the APP works. There is no user name and password and only the email of the purchase…

My son loves his new goggles and raves about it to his friends.
Being a firefighter who can’t always be there to see his kiddo swim, I’m excited to know he has something to think of me when I can’t make it to every meet

Amazing! Fits super well

The facial scan process is really quick and easy, and the goggles fit my small, angular face well.

For the sake of intellectual honesty, I’m radically changing my review. The goggles are excellent, but only if you take great care in choosing the right nose bridge and properly adjusting the straps. Tip: they work great under a swim cap. With these adjustments, they actually don’t leak and are comfortable. Excellent customer service.

I bought both indoor and open water googles and so far it’s been quite an experience, great visibility and haven’t had the first leakage or get steamy not a single time. Hope this last following your suggestions. 100% recommended.

I live in Australia and heard about the Magic 5 goggles and decided to try them out. The process of scanning your face and uploading the information was more seamless than I expected and the speed of delivery was exceptional.
The goggles themselves are everything I was hoping and I’m constantly telling my swimming friends all about them.

Excellent communication and personal response immediately to questions. A fantastic experience and a fantastic product. I'm just injured at the moment but can't wait to try them out.

Very good goggles, no red signs on my face, no leaks, no fog. I like them.

Do not buy these googles. I bought 2 pairs of googles, one for the pool and one for open water swimming. The googles leak water and are not comfortable at all leave pain in my eye socket after 500m. After communicating back and forth with customer service and swapping out the nose pieces (basically trying all the attachments to get a good fit) and adjusting the straps as instructed, the googles still leaked. As if that wasn't enough, the indoor pool Google strap turned yellow, and after contacting them again, I was told to rinse the googles under water after each swim! Are you kidding me? I had been doing that from the start, just like every triathlete I know. I can't say it enough ....Do not buy these!
