Be careful selling with them
Be careful selling with them. I feel they're scamming people. I issued a designer couture item for valuation. The brand itself told me the item would be valued over 20,000, easily. They sent me an "approve now" offer for no more than $600 (!) "determined through comprehensive market research and analysis of current demand prices" which is complete nonsense. Even the non-coutoure items sell for 5-6000.
On their site they contradict their own valuation and don't have anything similar selling for less than a few thousand. I asked them what they based their valuation on, and someone named Swati said they would re-assess and get back to me in 3 days. They never got back to me.
Total scam. They don't seem to know anything about authenticity valuation of the products.

Bought slides for 250 USD.
UPS supposed to deliver them. They contacted me before the delivery to request the commercial invouce as apparently TLC did not sent it with the order.
And this is where the problems started. Days after days, after days I was assured by the TLC customer service that they will provide UPS with the docunent but UPS kept bugging me they are missing this information.
After all the invoice was provided and UPS attempted to deliver my 250$ slides but to my shock, they wanted me to pay 340$ upon delivery. I checked and the customs dutues/tarrifs, whatsoever would be no more than 10% of the value which would be 25 USD. There is no way any taxes, fees are more than the item itself! I contacted again the TLC customer service and told them this, to which they started telling me that customs duties are my respinsibility. Yes, i agree, but for 10% of tge value, not 150% of the value of the item.
Again they started assuring me day after day that this will be taken care of. Well, it wasn't and I told UPS that I refuse to accept the item and they need to return it to the sender.
I contacted multiple times, the luxury closet to ask them when will they issue my refund as already 1.5 MONTHS after placing the order has passed and they told me they won't refund me until they receive the item back?! How exactly this is my fault that they haven't received it yet if the item was never even in my possession??
2 months after i placed the order, I finally filed a dispute with my financial institution regarding the refund and thanks to that, ai received all my money back. Other wise, I am sure, up to this date they would assure me of bull*hit and I wouldn't be refunded!! Beware of the Luxury closetvif you don't want to be on my place and waste your nerves and money!
