very good offers but really disappointed
really good prices, i bought really nice isabel marant shoes for 289 euros, but it ended up costing me 400€ because of the duty. They ended up making me pay 142 euros for just duty which it didn’t say on their website. Really disappointed. I ended up getting my package 10 days after if was supposed to come. After all really good offers until u get charged 142€ for duty.

Customs & duties tax are borne by the customer, as mentioned on our website and clearly disclosed again at the checkout page. Previously, shipments to the U.S. under USD 800 were exempt; however, recent changes in government tariff regulations have resulted in duties being applied in certain cases.
Regarding the address, our system automatically uses the details entered by the customer at the time of placing the order, and we do not modify shipping information manually to avoid errors.

Overwhelming Perfume Odor
I purchased a Chanel Boy Bag. It has such a strong perfume odor that I can smell it across the room. It is as if the bag had been dipped into a bucket of perfume. This defect should have been explicitly mentioned in the product description. Instead of this, the website has a general statement that some of their products may have a perfume odor. I wouldn't have purchased this bag had I known it would be this bad.
