Why am I being charged a $88 duty payment fee from DHL to have my package delivered 537773 I'm not paying this so I would like a refund nowhere on your website does it state anything about a duty fee this is ridiculous

The prices are very reasonable compared to The realreal and Fashionphile. The information and pictures regarding the handbags are very accurate. Both handbags I bought were in almost perfect condition, even though the description stated condition as Fair. The items are sent on time and packaged with care.

خدمة سيئة جدا جدا بعد شرائي اسورة بمبلغ ١٩٠٠٠ الف ريال تم ارسالها لي بعطل مصنعي في القفلومن ثم تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء في الواتس اب ليطلبو مني تصوير العطل ..وتم ذلك ليردو علي اليوم المقبل وكان ردهم بما معناه انني اكذب عليهم ويشككون في مصداقيتي وليس على التفنن في ارضاء العميل .. وهذا عيب جدا في شركة فخمة مثل هذه الشركة الضخمه وللان لازالو يرفضون ارجاعها بسبب المبلغ الاضافي في الترجيع والتوصيل
وليس التفكير في ارضاء العميل
نوعا ما اصحبت هذه الشركة لا تسوى للاسف

Luxury Closet is the best online store to get quality luxury items. Everything ive purchased hasarrived exactly as described. I live stateside so the duty fees are a little of a hassle, but I guess thats the cost of doing business internationally.
