Love what they do …
So easy to use the clear out service and a great selection of products. However, processing time is slow (over 8 weeks) and unfortunately a few items I have purchased were damaged beyond what I would have expected for the classification. I live what they do tho!

Loved the idea behind this ever since we saw it on Dragon’s Den. Makes so much sense, and love contributing to anything that is helping to be more circular when it comes to how we consume clothes for children.
Was hiring clothes from TLL for the first few years and now we’ve moved to the buy (new or secondhand)-and-return stage and it works perfectly for us. The clothes are really good quality, and for those that are somewhat used - you’re buying them knowing that this is the condition they’re in and therefore it’s perfect for messy play or “nursery-go get it dirty and covered in paint and spillages” clothes.
And the ability to send the clothes back to them which enables the to close the loop is genius. All in all, great and would def recommend to anyone that it trying to be more sustainability concious.

Fantastic idea and great quality
I've been raving about this site to anyone who will listen since I made my order. Great set up, and takes the guess work and hassle out of second hand shopping, plus I can get the brands I love at a fraction of the cost.
The only slight negative was that some of the newborn sizes that I ordered turned out to be tiny baby (and weren't labeled as such at ordering), so weren't able to be used once baby arrived which was a bit of a shame. So my one suggestion is to habe tiny baby separately labeled on the site.
Other than that, I couldn't have been happier with the ordering experience or the quality once things turned up. Huge value for money and the only way I plan to shop for baby clothes now!

Love love love everything Little Loop stands for. I regularly send them clear out bags and love the reassurance that any items they can’t sell get donated to charity shops for either resale or scrap textiles. The credit accrued from my clear out bags gets spent on ethical brands at reduced price that I wouldn’t be able to afford brand new. Win win in my books!

The Best Find for Kids Clothes
I honestly can’t rate this shop high enough. The quality of the clothes, the choices, the brands, the prices and the ethos are just perfect. Their customer service and processing times are also excellent.
My only point for improvement would be to add more pics and a better description of each item, but that is such a small detail that this store is definitely worth the 5 stars!
You’ll never need to buy new ever again!

Great site for second hand clothes
Love the idea of a site to buy second hand baby clothes - much easier to get it all in one place! Yes it might seem like you can get things cheaper on Vinted but once you factor in that you only have to pay for shipping once, and you know exactly what quality items you’re getting, it’s a much better option!
We’ve ordered from here a couple of times now and are really happy with everything we’ve got from them.
Haven’t used the reselling option as we have a friend with a baby on the way so we’re giving directly to them, but I love the concept
