Super impressed!
I’ve been so impressed with the little loop - there’s a really lovely choice of clothes and the quality is so good that most of the things I’ve rented have looked brand new. I feel that the subscription cost for the amount of clothes you can rent is very reasonable and the process of swapping clothes is easy! I’d highly recommend little loop to anyone with small beings who want to avoid piles of kids clothes at home, save a fortune and do their bit to save the planet.

I love thelittleloop! I use it for gifting to all my friends with kids. I get SO much more for my money, and the quality of the clothes is amazing. Plus, it's planet friendly which is a huge tick for me!

1000% Recommend, will use again
A great idea! I came across them on social media from their dragons den pitch. I've had my clothes delivered, I got so many newborn and 0-3 months clothes for my little one. I didn't see the point in buying all brand new when they are just going to grow so quickly. I saved so much money and got so many cute pieces for what I paid, I can imagine if have easily spent close to £100 if not more if I bought them new and I got them all for £25. I will swap them when they are no longer in use using the trade in tool. Yes people could use vinted/depop but that's not as cheap as you think one you've paid multiple people £3 minimum delivery costs when you can just pay one delivery cost with The Little Loop, and the brands are good quality. I will definitely be using them more.

The best option for second-hand kids clothes
A wonderful, convenient platform for secondhand kids clothes. I was selling outgrown clothing on Vinted and eBay, but found it too overwhelming once I returned to work. The clear out bags were a great solution. I knew the clothing was being handled in a responsible fashion, and we even got cash back to spend on the platform as well. The Little Loop is now my first choice for “new” clothes, and the items received are always as described. I even discover new eco-friendly brands I didn’t know of before. Keep up the good work!

Clear out bags arrived promptly
Clear out bags arrived promptly, instructions very clear, especially on what is accepted and what brands gain extra credit.
Return of bag was really easy to complete on the account and royal mail collection was brilliant, even printing my label for me! I was able to track the parcel and check it had arrived.

Post office debacle
Love the idea, though after spending 45 mins in the post office trying to work out how to send the clear out packs to you am less than ecstatic. Please review your instructions for those who are new to the site, all the way through to looking at how the post office give the label. I booked a 4 pack return and only got one label, after 20 minutes of faffing, I managed to book a second label and simply taped the 2 packages together as I could not handle any more faffing. I will try the pick up service in future, but would like a more streamlined post office version if possible.

Great quality items
Great quality items and lovely selection. Much easier than vinted or equivalent as you can buy a bundle so although individual items might cost more, they’re in better condition and you save on postage.

Exceptional ethos and customer service
I love Little loop! They have such a great ethos and have exceptional customer service. They're really unique and doing a great job of reducing clothes waste and promoting sustainability with kids clothes,. I've used them to buy clothes as well as trade in with their clear out bags (great idea!) and it's all such a joy. Their website is really easy to use, they have great brands etc. They are really quick to respond to customer emails, super helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about little loop and have been promoting to all my friends with kids. Also lots more fun than scrolling through vinted for hours to find kids clothes. I love that i can just trade in my purchased clothes as soon as my kids outgrow them, in my virtual 'closet'. Thank you! you are amazing

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service - I was accidentally sent the wrong colour item and when I emailed about organising an exchange I had an immediate reply, the correct colour item was sent out the same day, with a returns label included (postage paid) for the one which had been sent by mistake. Amazing, polite service as well as fabulous quality and priced second hand clothes. Will definitely be shopping here again!
