Nice kitchen. Unfortunately the main fitter (Roy) that was allocated to my job wasn’t professional by any means!! my kitchen refit was plagued with issues from day one!

1- wall in kitchen wasn’t made straight, although apparently I could have requested this- I was not told about that until it was too late

2- stop tap, although known to need moving, wasn’t planned for and was only communicated 3 days into the build, resulting in myself being told to lie to Severn Trent requesting they come out to find a leak that wasn’t there!

3- myself and my lodger having to leave the property due to a lack of water supply, at a cost of £140 to myself in lost lodging payment.

4- having to have 2 days off work to check everything was being done, at a cost of over £300 to myself, to project manage the project magager, due to the issues of the previous week.

Yesterday even further poor workmanship was discovered 12.01.2026 where Roy used silicon to attach the vent grill to the outside of my property instead of fixing it to the wall with screws…. I have actually contacted kitchen depot about this and yet again I’ve been ignored.

(Me) As you can see not a single attempt to rectify their incompetence or even offer of an apology for the poor workmanship they supplied. Absolutely pathetic

I would not recommend this company to anyone I know. EVER

EDIT -Just to absolutely transparently clear!!! You did not make every effort to communicate…otherwise the above bullet points wouldn’t be there and this complaint wouldn’t have been made. I requested the compensation remember!! not an offer made from yourselves so that is a big fat lie.

As you have made no attempt to come and rectify the work which hasn’t been carried out correctly. Trading standards has now been contacted and further communication will be made in due time.

I cannot recommend The Kitchen Depot in Greenock highly enough. From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding.

The personalised service from Erin was second to none — professional, friendly, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. My house sale took much longer than expected, but nothing was ever an issue. Erin was patient, supportive, and kept everything moving smoothly, making what could have been a very stressful process feel completely manageable.

The kitchen fitting by Craig was equally impressive. His skill, attention to detail, and workmanship were exceptional. The quality of the finish is amazing, and it’s clear he takes real pride in his work. The kitchen looks fantastic and was fitted to an incredibly high standard.

Customer service throughout the entire process was genuinely excellent — professional, understanding, and reassuring at every stage. I felt supported from the first visit right through to completion.

From the moment we walked into the beautiful showroom we were so impressed with the choice of cabinets, finishes and accessories. The worktop samples were fantastic. The kitchen was planned from my rudimentary measurements and was amazingly accurate and no alterations needed! The cabinets were ordered and delivered without delay and the wonderful team replastered the entire kitchen including the ceiling, replumbed and fitted the new kitchen in just over a working week. The whole experience was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC from start to finish and all of this the week before Christmas! They are so brilliant on price, quality of units and fitting. The team were so polit and professional, they arrived early and tidied up at the end of each day. Washing machine was moved and covered and the team positioned new cooker. Even the skip was taken before Xmas. We did not have to arrange anything, it was all taken care of! Do not waste your time going elsewhere. I am so impressed I have asked them back to fit out the utility room. So, a huge THANK YOU to every single one of you involved, my new kitchen is honestly a game changer! Would give you all 10 stars if we could. Will be recommending to everyone.

Allan Smith (designer) and Stuart Bruce and his team of fitters from Ayr Kitchen Depot provided an exemplary service from start to finish. My dream kitchen was fitted both within the budget and the timeframe and I was completely satisfied with the finished result. I was particularly impressed by how driven the installation team was and in their professionalism. Everyone from the Ayr Kitchen Depot was friendly, helpful, resourceful, respectful and supportive and provided an exceptional standard of service. I would 100% recommend their product, design, fitting and quality control.

My experience with The Kitchen Depot and their appointed subcontractor Wilkie & Gillan Ltd has been extremely frustrating.

The kitchen installation was sold to me as a two-week project, but it dragged on for over eleven weeks, with the kitchen still not completed to an acceptable standard. Throughout the process there were repeated delays, poor communication, and missed appointments — including a second no-show that led me to state formally that I would be seeking legal advice.

Significant damage was caused during the works, including chipped worktops (around the hob), a deeply scratched cupboard panel, damage to a newly fitted back door and threshold, and holes left in the wall and floor beneath the units where skirting had been cut back too far, allowing cold air into the house.

When the subcontractor eventually attended again on 12 November, the worktops were “repaired”, but badly — the repairs are clearly visible. Nothing was done about the scratched cupboard panel due to incorrect information being passed on. Promises to follow up were not kept, despite me providing an offcut to assist.

As a result of the damage, I had to pay other tradespeople to replace the door threshold and repair the wall and floor myself. Damage to the outside of the back door remains, as I cannot afford to replace it.

When I asked The Kitchen Depot about compensation, they replied in writing that this was not something they could offer as the issues related to fitting, despite the fitter being appointed by them. I find this unacceptable. I was also assured before ordering that they used experienced fitters, only to be told directly by the fitter who attended that this was his first kitchen installation for The Kitchen Depot.

Although they later offered to replace the damaged items using another subcontractor, by that stage I had lost all confidence in their ability to manage the work properly. With winter approaching, the thought of having my kitchen dismantled yet again was overwhelming.

Months later, my kitchen still isn’t right. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend The Kitchen Depot.

Well what a fantastic experience with the Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs. After a number of years trying to find the right kitchen with a few let downs and disappointments the kitchen Depot was the perfect choice for me. From the beginning with Jill who planned and designed the kitchen to the excellent workmanship from David,Ian and Harvey (fitters) Ross (electrician) plasterers and plumbers. Everyone was amazing. Nothing was a problem they were all so efficient and friendly. Jill kept in touch throughout the whole process. So a big thankyou to everyone involved and I highly recommend the Kitchen Depot to anyone who’s thinking about a new kitchen. Tracy Donnelly

The Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs team were absoluely excellent from the from the very start of designing our kitchen to the very end of having a custom glass splashback fitted. The service and communication from Martin and Jill was amazing - we were kept up to date throughout, we were given honest feedback on possibilities for timing and design and they ensured everything went to the plan and agreed timelines.
We had a disastrous experice with another kitchen company a few years ago and lost a lot of money. Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs were aware of this and very considerate when it came to making payments and us asking lots of questions.
The team that Ktchen Depot Bishopbriggs assigned to fit our kitchen were also excellent. They arrived exactly on time every morning, worked diligently to make sure the work was done on time and kept us in the loop on progress, always asking if there was any question about how we wanted something placed/finished. They were tidy and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our kitchen is perfect. They spotted a minor blemish on a cupboard door (we probably would not have noticed) and obtained a replacement. And also sealed round the top of the worktops when we asked for their help.
I cannot rate the Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs highly enough and would recommend them to everyone. We are so happy with our new kitchen!

We are so pleased with our new kitchen from Kitchen Depot Letchworth. From the start, Jess and Chloe listened to what we wanted, and Chloe designed the perfect kitchen for us. Rob was a pleasure to have in the house during the fitting, and the other trades that came in were equally courteous and did an excellent job. I would thoroughly recommend Kitchen Depot, and definitely the Letchworth gang!

From start to finish 1st class experience . We love our kitchen so much. From day one rikki put us at ease he planned the kitchen perfectly. Sandy and Robbie were amazing fitters kept us in the loop throughout the fit . Attention to detail was 1st class .Rob kept us updated and popped in throughout the fit. The end result is stunning . Jill came up with a great design for our kitchen. Unlike some other companies, she was not stumped by the quirky features like a structural beam and pillar that needed to be integrated. She was very patient as we dithered around trying to make decisions!
Stewart and team arrived on time to start the refit and were very efficient, tidy and pleasant to work with. Great attention to detail and did things when they said they would. Jill kept us informed all the way through, checked in regularly by text, phone and in person - any small hiccups were dealt with quickly.
Delighted with the whole process, and the end result - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We were struggling to find a contractor to fit a kitchen quoted from other kitchen companies in the market. We stumbled across Kitchen Depot by accident and we are so glad that we we did. Kitchen is beautiful and well priced. Contractors were so helpful and have done an amazing job. All done in one package after weeks of trying to put a package together ourselves. Highly recommend The Kitchen Depot at Rosyth, could not be happier with our kitchen transformation. It looks fantastic. Russell and Liam were excellent, no job was too small. The moment I got my new keys we headed straight to Falkirk kitchen depot and made ourselfs at home. Before even getting to new house. Anthony made you feel like you belonged. To skip to the kitchen and install it's self. BRILLIANT. ZOLT, and his team made me the dream kitchen. They made it happen with just my ideas and whims. Got me every part I could ask for and just made it happen. Falkirk kitchen depot is a real hidden gem . Diamonds! Flawless and God given !! Especially after a previous Wren kitchen nightmare in previous home. Involving a meltdown in showroom. We were looking to replace a 25 year old kitchen, but were rather lost by the amount of firms on the market. Also by the differing array of kitchen styles, colours, finishes, added touches. We approched some big highstreet names and were not impressed by the hard sell and lack of customer service. We felt second best in our own ideas. We were drawn to Kitchen depot through them being a family run firm and have had many years in the industry.
From meeting Tea in the Kingston Bagpuize depot she could not have been more welcoming and helpful in the journey designing our kitchen. We never felt under pressure to step up our price range and Tea helped us work to get the best final design and finish within our budget. Tea patiently talked us through the differing options in every aspect of our kitchen, colours, styles, finishes, additions, even down to the different options of cupboard handles.
We felt very well respected as a customer and that our thoughts and final decisions were paramount, which had not been the case in the major highstreet suppliers.
When it came to fitting the kitchen, the building firm that Tea arranged were excellent. From their first meeting with us through to the end of the work they took absolute pride in their work and went above and beyond to get the final finish we were seeking. They were very respectful in our home and really friendly through the works. I would employ them both to do more works for me round our house in future, which we already have done.
In the end the final result was everything we had hoped for. The cabinets are amazing quality; absolutely solid, with loads of storage options and a great look. It was amazing to see the project transform from pictures on Tea's planning sheets to a functional and very well designed and built kitchen. Thank you. Overall I cannot recommend Kitchen Depot highly enough.

The Telford branch supplied our kitchen 10 years ago and it is still as good as new and we’ve never had an issue with any of the fittings or appliances. However, I broke the pullout larder (my fault entirely) and contacted them to see if they could help. And I can’t fault their customer service as the whole team, Chris, Holly etc have gone above and beyond to sort out replacement parts and to help us repair it even though they supplied it so long ago. Thank you so much.
