The Kitchen Depot Recenzje

The Telford branch supplied our kitchen 10 years ago and it is still as good as new and we’ve never had an issue with any of the fittings or appliances. However, I broke the pullout larder (my fault entirely) and contacted them to see if they could help. And I can’t fault their customer service as the whole team, Chris, Holly etc have gone above and beyond to sort out replacement parts and to help us repair it even though they supplied it so long ago. Thank you so much.

We have recently had a kitchen fitted by the Kitchen Depot Dumbarton and I have to say the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We visited the Dumbarton branch looking for a new kitchen and were approached by Vincent who guided us around the showroom and suggested the different options and combinations we could have. Vincent is very knowledgeable about the stock and was a tremendous help to us in reaching a decision. We arranged for Vincent to come out to our house to measure up for our kitchen and, after placing our order, were given a full schedule of works. Work started exactly when we were told it would begin and the remaining works followed exactly as outlined on the schedule of works. Our kitchen fitter was Scott, he is more than a joiner, he's a craftsman!!! Our kitchen is fitted to the highest standard and we are over the moon with the end result. Scott is an absolute gentleman and was very respectful of our property throughout the project, so thank you Scott. We are in our 70s and have dealt with many different companies over the years and I have to say it was such a refreshing change to deal with a company who actually deliver on their promises with such care and attention to detail. The Kitchen Depot Dumbarton are a first class company that provide excellent products with excellent customer service, what more could you want? Thank you to all the staff at the Kitchen Depot for such a positive experience, having heard many kitchen fitting nightmares over the years, I was apprehensive going into this but soon discovered we were in safe hands with the Kitchen Depot. Thank you again and we wish you all the very best for the future.

We discussed the requirements to fit out our kitchen, with the very professional team at the kitchen Depot team based at the Dumbarton Branch
They provided a first class service regarding how to utilise the space and the units best for the kitchen
From Vincent in the design and the fit out ream they delivered an excellent project. I would definitely recommend this branch to carry out your kitchen install

Great experience from start to finish. We had our new kitchen designed and installed by Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs, and Martin (our designer) and Davie (lead fitter) couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. No hard sales pitch, listened to what we wanted and our kitchen looks fantastic. Thanks to all

Review of Greenock Franchise. If I could give no stars I would. A very expensive kitchen fitted by absolutely incompetent fitters, every day is a new surprise to find out what else is wrong. A catalogue of issues, poor almost non existent communications, fitted the wrong units and blamed us. I wish we’d never set foot in the showroom, it’s actually upsetting how awful it’s been. With hundreds of other kitchen suppliers please don’t risk going to Kitchen Depot Greenock.

Our new kitchen has not long been completed by The Kitchen Depot, East Kilbride. We initially popped into the store and spoke with Darren and an appointment was made for Darren to come out and measure the kitchen. Darren came up with a few ideas for the kitchen. He was very patient with us as we did to and fro a bit with the design. Once we agreed the design the process of ordering the kitchen and installation was quick. The kitchen was fitted by Stewart and his team who were arranged through the Kitchen Depot. We can’t praise him and his team enough. They have installed the kitchen to a very high standard. There were a couple of curveballs during installation but they dealt with it and found solutions which exceeded our expectations. All the units are really good quality and they came up with a design that is completely functional for our family. Would definitely recommend Kitchen Depot, East Kilbride.

5 star rating for a professional outfit, our kitchen now looks amazing and we’d like to thank Stuart and Ethan for the design and making the whole process an enjoyable experience. We’d also like to thank Gary and Dave for fitting the kitchen, it really makes a difference when you deal with people who know what they’re doing.

EXCEPTIONAL

So pleased with The Kitchen Depot from start to finish. Oliver in the Telford depot was so helpful.
Great communication all the way through! Kitchen fitter was professional, and left the place so clean and tidy.
Finished result is amazing, so happy with our new kitchen.
Had shopped around but so glad we bought here.

Douglas and Paul went over and above for us when fitting our kitchen nothing was to much trouble for these guys couldn’t fault them from start to finish would highly recommend

Really impressed with the quality of our new kitchen. As this is our first home we weren’t very familiar with how best to design a kitchen… Ben was amazing and accommodated all of our requests whilst providing honest and open advice throughout! Really affordable and communicated with our builder (MattTheBrick) along the way so that installation ran smoothly and on time with building work. We used their recommended kitchen fitter Russ who did a fantastic job… would highly recommend!

Absolutely over the moon with our new kitchen !!! Can’t believe it’s the same space. Jill listened to what we were looking for an came up with great designs. The whole experience from start to finish was great and I would highly recommend Kitchen Depot

I love my new kitchen! I'd lived with my old kitchen for 40 years, so choosing a new one was a major life event for me. Aqeel and his team went above and beyond to make sure I made the right decisions, and I can't praise the quality of their work highly enough.

Exceptional service from the store (Telford). They organised trades who turned up when expected, left no mess and worked efficiently. The finished result is the perfect kitchen at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Very efficient and professional service from initial design to installation.

Can not recommend Kitchen Depot highly enough, absolutely first class service from our first visit to the showroom in Hillington to the installation of our kitchen they were amazing.

Started with a visit to the showroom and Marcus helped bring our idea for our kitchen to life and it looked amazing, the fitter came it to check out dimensions and turned out we had more options than we thought as I had measured wrongly.

Back to the showroom and again nothing was too much trouble for Marcus as again he helped tweek our ideas and the kitchen idea we had looked great.

Ordered it and it was the installed about a month later and the fitter was top notch talked us through everything he was doing and keeping us up to date each day, took just under a week for the kitchen to be fitted including pulling the old kitchen out.

The images we had from dealing with Marcus were great, however once the kitchen was installed it was out of this world, better than we thought.

Thank you Kitchen Depot and again highly recommend.

Kitchen Depot Letchworth. Chloe helped us to design a “kitchen in a cupboard”. She was knowledgeable and had lots of useful ideas. Ryan the kitchen fitter knew we were on a tight schedule - he stayed till after midnight to get the job finished. A great experience.

Friendly and efficient - all aspects of kitchen refurbishment slotted into place, was always tidy and all rubbish removed on completion. Very pleased with installation.

My experience with Kitchen Depot Telford was outstanding from start to finish. The team guided me through the design process with real expertise, and their professionalism shone through at every stage. Oli went above and beyond when we needed to adjust our plans - nothing was too much trouble. Delivery arrived exactly as scheduled. They liaised with my trusted builder Andrisca Property Services to ensure the kitchen plan would work. The quality and build of the kitchen far exceeded other options we’d seen. Ian, the fitter, did a superb job with the installation, working efficiently and extremely tidily. I have received lots of compliments from family and friends on the final result. The help and advice provided made my decisions much easier. I would highly recommend Kitchen Depot Telford.
