The Kitchen Depot Recenzje

First of all we'd like to admit to being 'those customers ', we didn't make things easy for Gill or Martin, but they got us there in the end. We first went to them more than 2 years ago to design a new kitchen, but we didn't really know what we wanted, so ultimately after their hard work we walked away to think it all over. We came back to them in March and started from scratch, and poor Martin came up with at least 3 variations on our thoughts, but even then on the day we went in to finalise the design we did an about turn and totally changed the colours! But, they built us exactly what we asked for, within the budget that we had, and we've got to say that it's beautiful. Glad we came back to them once we knew what we actually wanted, and glad we trusted them to create it for us. A big shout out to Willie and Ronnie too, who stripped out the old one in a day, then put in 10 and 11 hour days to get the new one in. We would definitely recommend the Bishopbriggs Kitchen Depot.

A friend recommended the Oxford branch of Kitchen Depot to us and we are so glad they did. From our initial conversation with Sarah we felt that she understood what we wanted for our new Kitchen. Sarah was more than patient in refining the initial design to get it just right. We are delighted with the finished kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Oxford Kitchen Depot to any potential customers.

From start to finish, our experience with the Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs was exceptional.
We were visited by Martin who took our kitchen measurements and requirements. He then designed an incredible kitchen that we couldn’t wait to have installed. He clearly (and in great detail) set out the timescale for fitting and what to expect each day. The fitting ran exactly to schedule with all deliveries and workers turning up exactly on time. Willie and Ronnie fitted the kitchen with the help of a plasterer and electrician. The attention to detail was excellent and we are now left with our dream kitchen.
We would highly recommend the Kitchen Depot Bishopbriggs.

All staff were lovely to deal with. As soon as we walked into the showroom , we saw the perfect kitchen. Mike has been with us all of the way , helping choose and ordering etc. It was fitted exactly as planned, workmen worked really hard to complete and Mike has been promptly to check everything . This is our second kitchen from you and we have been delighted with both. Would definitely recommend .

We chose to visit Rosyth Kitchen Depot branch partly because it is so much easier to get to and park for us in NW Edinburgh than the one on the south side of the city. We found a small, friendly, experienced team.

We like their kit (slow closing doors, drawer within a drawer - maybe standard these days, but we haven’t chosen a fitted kitchen for a long time). We chose soft, matt grey units that are easy to keep clean. From the original design sessions, we have felt that they dealt fairly, and listened to us: e.g. we wanted an artisan glass splashback; they scheduled work to suit us. The cooker hood had a fault and was replaced with no quibble. They clearly value their reputation, and are willing to tackle issues in a constructive way. Our biggest thanks go to the fitter, Mick: he worked steadily, and showed resourcefulness in making the fitting work. He went above and beyond: making a laminate shelf for the kitchen window to replace a wooden one that was water-damaged. He also modified a plate rack for us to give us exactly what we wanted. We were informed of the work progress daily, and he removed his workspace rubbish.
The company recommended a skip hire, although we did not need this (we sold/free giveaway recycled the old kitchen through Gumtree/Freegle/Freecycle with one trip of our own to the council dump). They do not usually do flooring, but can recommend someone (we used a local company). We arranged the fine plaster and paintwork as they don’t include that.

Great company, high quality units & doors, customised when required nothing was too much trouble. Great planning advice

We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen and the service we received from start to finish.

A special thank you to Claire at kitchen depot cambuslang, who created a fantastic design and supported us throughout the whole process. She guided us through the many choices and options, helping us make the right decisions for our needs without ever feeling pressured. Her knowledge, patience and attention to detail made the design process so much easier.

We’d also like to thank Paul, who fitted the kitchen to an exceptionally high standard. He is clearly very skilled and experienced, and his professionalism and attention to detail took all the worry out of the installation process. He was reliable, trustworthy and always did exactly what he said he would.

Both Claire and Paul were a pleasure to deal with and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and enjoyable. They are a credit to the company, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Thank you both for all your hard work — we absolutely love our new kitchen!

Was very happy with. The work done Robert and Lewis were excellent they solved any small problems straight away.

We have only ever had a supply only service from the Kitchen Depot in Telford. We have now purchased cabinets from them 3 times and every time has been outstanding understanding of our requirements and delivery of the finished products. They do literally make any size required! And the quality of the cabinets and build are second to none 😁
Would 100% recommend

Overall, good experience from design to finish. Mike at the showroom, Roy the fitter, Andy the electrician, all really nice guys and really helpful. Left them keys for the duration and went off to work each day. Have used the company at a previous property (many years ago) so they were our first port of call and looked after us. I would use again and recommend.

We just got our kitchen put in from kitchen depot Falkirk. Absolutely amazing!
The help from the guys in the Falkirk depot - Antony and Petrina just great. They helped us through everything with our kitchen from start to finish and made us feel comfortable with buying our kitchen from them.
The fitter Robert was great from start to finish, nothing was ever a bother.
Would highly recommend.
Thanks again

The Kitchen Depot Rosyth did a fantastic job of designing and building our new replacement kitchen. From start to finish, the entire team was incredible to work with.
During the design phase, Rob and Mark were exceptionally friendly and helpful, taking the time to understand our needs and perfect the layout. When it came to the installation, our expert fitters, Russell and Luke, did an outstanding job. Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were top-tier throughout the build.

The Kitchen Depot in East Kilbride are outstanding.
From Darren designing our kitchen in the showroom and allocating Chris Knox and his brilliant team of professional, highly skilled tradesmen to create our dream kitchen, the whole experience for us was second to none. Cannot praise the Kitchen Depot in East Kilbride highly enough. Kirsten, Darren and Chris delivered everything we asked for and more. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to redesign their kitchen. Thank you is not enough. We are forever grateful.

Hillington branch Glasgow. Bought our kitchen from them and Marcus in the showroom was very helpful and friendly. The fitters ..Hendry Interiors were fantastic. Came on time..so hardworking and polite and most of all professional ..aswell as fun! Nothing was too much trouble. Stewart the boss was brilliant...on top.of everything! I called him Mr Miracle as nothing was too much trouble and he sorted everyone for us. Our kitchen is amazing and all done within the timescale. Could not recommend highly enough.

I cannot recommend The Kitchen Depot highly enough. Yvonne our designer (Hillington showroom) was lovely and brilliant at what she does. She accommodated our numerous design changes/ideas with a smile and has created the most stunning kitchen.

Stewart our fitter and his team (supplied by the kitchen depot) were nothing short of amazing! We had walls knocked down, walls and pocket door built and all plumbing, electrics and gas moved to a different room. Nothing was too much trouble. All this was achieved in just over a week!

The whole experience has been stress free with amazing communication from start to finish. My new kitchen has far exceeded my expectations,

thank you Kitchen Depot :)

From the first visit, to the kitchen being fitted I couldn’t fault anything. The attention to detail with the design from a drawer below the cooker and who knew I would have had the room for a little coffee/drink station. Really happy with the quality of the units and I now have my dream kitchen.,

Kitchen Depot Dumbarton staff were excellent from start to finish, took the time to help us plan our Kitchen, giving us ideas about moving our boiler to maximise our space, something we wouldn't have thought of. The tradesman they recommend were excellent and very efficient . Vincent who we dealt with, was with us from the planning of our kitchen to the completion, even coming out to see it finished. Would defo recommend them, for their service and quality of their kitchens.

I personally would like to say from the very start my experience dealing with The Kitchen Depot has been wonderful from the start to finish their workmanship to helping create the design also their aftercare has been 5star. M

We would like to thank Ben from the Wolverhampton Kitchen Depot for his hard work and commitment in designing and planning our dream kitchen.

From the initial telephone call and showroom consultation to the fitting of our kitchen it was well coordinated and managed by Ben and went smoothly with the ordering of our new kitchen and appliances, fixtures and fittings.

Throughout this process Ben at the Wolverhampton Kitchen Depot demonstrated patience, professionalism and gave us good advice and didn’t rush our decisions and took onboard all our requirements. We truly appreciated your time as I have a disability and cannot process information quickly and I changed my mind on different appliances/colour schemes etc and even had to change the dates for the kitchen and deliveries at short notice which was all resolved in a timely manner by Ben.

We give 5* to Ben, Jared,Natalie Aaron & Russ and the delivery guys they exceeded our expectations which warranted 100*.

A nice touch was once Ben had designed our kitchen we were able to meet our fitter Aaron at our home the next day to discuss the fitting of our new kitchen.
