I’ve bought quite a few necklaces from this company, and I’ve had lots of compliments about them, so I was excited about getting another one. However I didn’t think the quality was anywhere near as good this time. My latest necklace looked a bit cheap. It felt like they’d changed the supplier. I wouldn’t buy another one on line without seeing it first. Sorry.

All the aforementioned. A great all-round shopping experience, and if I hadn't spotted your stall at the Winchester Christmas market last year I would never have known you existed!

Over the last couple of years I’ve ordered several items from The Jewellery Stop on line and have been delighted with everything. The products are well made and good value and the delivery service is excellent. I particularly like some of beautiful accessories I’ve ordered - they make wonderful presents.

I bought 3 pairs of earrings as a result of my first purchase that required customer service help. I was so impressed with their level of service, that I bought again from them & will continue to do so. Very pretty earrings

I received my order in a couple of days and was able to track its progress easily. Both sets of earrings were lovely, even better than the online photos. The only reason I've given 4 instead of 5 stars, is that one of the earrings came off the fish hook. Luckily, I was at home, found it and was able to reattach it more securely.
