Excellent costume jewellery with different designs and colours to suit all tastes at competitive prices. I have purchased earrings and necklaces on line and at various events. On the one occasion I had a problem, it was quickly put right with a polite apology.

Item was out of stock initially and I was informed it would be sent as soon as it was available. The item arrived after weeks later and in good time for my wife’s birthday. Great service!

The website is good but the Jewellery Stop is best experienced live!
A lovely clear website made the choice easy, but I have usually visited the shop and got the best possible service from the excellent Karen. So, I prefer the personal experience. However, Click and Collect was easy enough, even though the sight of an empty shop is hardly inspiring! Karen was as helpful and friendly as ever.

I have adored this jewellery for years
I adore this jewellery and have been a regular customer at your Kings Heath store. Really sorry to see it close.
I recently ordered quite a bit of jewellery, mainly ear-rings and unfortunately one arrive broken. Am sending it back this week. Have been used to getting the jewellery repaired by the extremely helpful staff at the former store, not sure what to do in future

Absolutely beautiful resin necklace
Absolutely beautiful resin necklace. I remembered seeing Claire Baldwin wearing several at last year's Olympics and this year's Wimbledon and simply had to have one in my favourite colour - blue. The necklace is strung on fine wire with an extending chain, which makes it marvellously light weight and so comfortable to wear. Definately want some more in other colours.
