I placed an order in mid april and it’s coming to the end of may and i haven’t even received an email or anything to say what’s happening. it was meant to be a birthday present but not anymore. 4 emails and a month later has gotten me no where and i’m honestly fuming and i’ve never felt to ignored by a business

Ordered 2 track suits ages ago and not received, emailed them with no reply , angry is an understatement

The Iconic website got decent variety of fashion ranges for you to select; however, if you changed your mind or dislike what you bought, and requested a return, there’s no full refunds (shipping costs non refundable)…this is a big turn down for me so even though you returned the dissatisfied item back to them, they still earn part of your money…it’s a win win for their businesses but NOT for the consumers.

I found The Iconic website to be user-friendly and the selection of products was decent. However, I encountered some issues with delivery times and customer service responsiveness, which could be improved.

I paid for express shipping expecting my package to arrive promptly in time for my trip. However, I was disappointed when the delivery did not arrive on time as promised. Despite paying for expedited shipping, the package was delayed, and I did not receive the service I paid for.

Further, despite the inconvenience and failure to meet the promised delivery date, they won't issue any refund or compensation for the delayed shipping. This lack of accountability and failure to provide the service as advertised is unacceptable. It's a rip off.

Overall, I am dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend their express shipping service to others.

minus 1 star to be truthful. Item ordered over 1 month ago has still not been delivered by The Iconic's preferred couriers. Couriers Please drivers lie constantly about their whereabouts, say no-one is home when there is, leave no note in box and fail to deliver on a re-delivery request. How many re-deliveries do I have to request to receive my order?

By Australian standards, they have a decent range - and they offer four hour and same day delivery options which is a big plus compared to competitors. Where they go wrong is with the consistency of the delivery - more often than not it's fine - but occasionally the delivery will be come late or not until the next day and without prior warning. I think need to proactively contact them to figure out what's going on and to request a refund for the fee I paid for express delivery

Very poor quality jacket arrived today would not bother to order again

Made an order and got sent something I didn’t even order instead. Contacted them and was told to return the items and I will be given a store credit. Emailed again to say why can’t they just send me what I ordered instead of a store credit. Still waiting to be sent what I ordered after I returned what was wrongly sent. Will never order anything from here ever again! * update * they never sent what I had ordered and just refunded me instead, even though what I brought is still available in the website. Probably the worst website I have ever purchased something on, customer service is appalling!!

Rubbish return policy if something is bought as a gift. There is no way of returning something without the account owner having to get involved. I don’t want to do this.

The Iconic’s return policy is unreasonable and I won’t be shopping with them any longer. I purchased my partner a jacket for his birthday. I was slowly purchasing him gifts over the last couple of months to make it more affordable. I gave him his jacket and he needed the size up. It’s then I discover I’ve missed the Iconic’s 30 day return window by three days. The item is no good to my partner and I can’t exchange or refund after 33 days? How is 30 days a reasonable period of time? Shouldn’t they be willing to exchange based on the circumstance? I won’t be spending my money with a company who is happy to take my money but not happy to offer any reasonable after sales service after an arbitrary period of time and isn’t prepared to take any circumstances into account. Other companies can and do do better by their customers.

I ordered a watch, they sent it to Melbourne instead of the address I gave them in New Zealand. Then cancelled the order and refunded me when I asked what was happening. Then told me to reorder it if I still wanted it, now the same discounts won't apply. Scammers

I’ve shopped a lot on the iconic and can’t count any items that have fit properly !
I just got my order of items in size 18 and 20.. nothing fits either too big or too small! In other brands I’m an easy xl or xxl but in their Dazie range I’m nothing? I won’t be buying again.

Best customer service I have experienced. Promptly respond to everything, pay for returns with easy process and are very upfront when final sale is no return.
Very quickly resolved parcelpoint issue when parcelpoint refused to print return label despite advertising they would (use Australia Post for hassle free returns).
Could not ask for better service from the Iconic and definitely recommend!

Love shopping here - great range and always fast delivery. One of the best ecommerce sites in Oz. If you could add add a light v. dark option to the colour filter that would make my experience even better!

I have been ordering from The Iconic for over 7 years now and after a recent terrible online shopping experience elsewhere it prompted me to review the Iconic to show them some love!

extremally upset with their service. Ordered a watch with free shipping, on the day of arrival I get an email saying the item is being returned to sender as the address was incorrect? called to get this sorted with them saying I am getting reimbursed for this as there it is not way for them to re-send the item once AUSPOST sent it back to the warehouse, they told me to feel free to order the item again, now with the address confirmed just as the first time I ordered and paid the extra fee for next day delivery, and I am getting the same email with all details confirmed by Iconic, how can this be possible ?

Ordered an expensive dress early Dec.
Was supposed to be delivered a week later. Finally received it nearly at the end of Jan. Don’t waste your time or money. Hopeless. Never again.
