Unwanted subscription
Ordered a Covid test. Ended up with a covid test and a paying subscription to some meal-plan. It seems I did not not opt-out of their offer.
Had to go through the trouble of cancelling it when they started charging me. To be fair they did reimburse me promptly. But adding completely unrelated subscriptions to a covid test order is a practice reputable companies should not engage in. It's just pointless and annoying.

I completely understand your confusion here. We have a promotion at the moment which means that you get a free month of meal planning with any test you buy from us, then after the free month if you do not cancel this the subscription continues.
We made this very clear at the point of checkout and you had the option to remove this from your basket before going to checkout. I am sorry if you did not see this, this should be apparent in your email confirmation also.
I do understand you might have missed this and therefore understand where you are coming from. I can assure you the subscription has been cancelled and no more money will be taken.
Our intention was never to be annoying and I whole heartedly apologise for any inconvenience this caused you.

Recently used this company for test for travelling abroad and coming back to the UK. The service was quick, easy and very efficient with results back in less than 12 hours as dropped off at lab in Northampton. Loyd was brilliant and informative and their online customer care was quick to respond too when I had a question.

I would recommend Health Hub for sure!
I have used the services of Health Hub throughout the last two years as I travel a lot for business and so have needed tests of various kinds many, many times.
I have always had the delivery arrived as requested, teh test results back within the time stated and found the costs to be fair, not the cheapest but I have always preferred to pay the little extra to get a service I can rely on.

This is not the first time that I have used your services I was impressed the first time. There was no reason to think the second time would be any different. I did have to ask for the 16 digit verification code. The result was swift and gave me peace of mind prior to my flight departure.
